Brish was very engaging when speaking with him and knowledgeable about products. He could answer my questions and completed the trade in process, which I had difficulty with when I traded in last time. The computer system however takes a long time and is frustrating for all concerned, this does need to be looked at. I am glad that I was not in a rush!!

Great high street service from Vodafone in Dover. The staff were very helpful and quick to answer my query and set up my new requirement. I tried to action this online but found it very difficult and problematic and couldn't speak to anyone.
