Great customer service
Danielle was helpful throughout my visit to Vodafone, Chichester. I went in for an upgrade and all my questions were thoroughly answered and explained well. Danielle was able to offer me the best phone for my needs and even offered me money back on my old handset, which was a pleasant surprise. A good experience provided. Thank you.

Phone upgrades
My wife and I popped into the chichester branch of Vodafone and was met by Danielle who promptly sat us down to check our eligibility for our phone upgrades, she was very polite and professional. We came away with two new phones and contracts !
Danielle is definitely an asset to Vodafone.

Amazing service today
Amazing service today - I went in and everything was easy.
I was looking to reduce my plan and get a new phone and they did just that.

Danielle is the reason for positive review
I am only writing a positive review because of Dannielle at Vodafone in Chichester. She took over from a man who wasn't being helpful at all.
I was really unhappy with his service but Danielle came to the rescue. She really put the effort in to try and help me resolve my issue and showed me information the gentleman wouldn't, he seemed not bothered at all and doesn't seem to want to help your customers..
Danielle deserves a better role or a pay rise! Thank you Danielle!
