Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Kal was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, taking time to explain the devices available together with available suitable plans. No pressure on sales at all. Definitely recommend to others who need sensible and friendly advice you can trust.

I had a good experience again at the Chesterfield store. I got seen too fairly quick,the guys knew there stuff, everything was easily explained and I saved a bit of money too.

I was very apprehensive about changing…
I was very apprehensive about changing my phone and getting all my data transferred. Kal was more than helpful and assured me that it would all be sorted out for me. He secured a great flash offer on the Samsung A36 and took me through the whole process with ease made it all very clear to me. A very professional service. I will definitely come back to this shop.

Danny has been great! Above and beyond to help me upgrade my phone. Made my visit worth while. Highly recommend to anyone. The whole staff in the Chesterfield store were great. Making our waiting time more bearable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
