I visited the Chelmsford branch on the…
I visited the Chelmsford branch on the 6th of December to upgrade my air plan. it was a pleasant visit and all the various plans were explained to me by Emily who was my advisor. A lovely pleasant young lady and very knowledgeable. I will be going back next year to upgrade my phone.

I recently visited Vodafone for help with an issue I was having with my phone, and Erin provided outstanding service. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Erin took the time to understand the problem, explained everything clearly, and quickly guided me to a solution. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into an easy and positive one thanks to her professionalism and genuine willingness to help.

Five Star Service
Went into your Chelmsford branch today .
Was helped out by a lovely young lady called Caroline. I wanted to take my phone ( s10) to usa and make calls etc , without paying over the odds .
Caroline guided me through my options and it worked out very well as i come out with a new phone ( s25) and new contract, where i can use my phone across europe and internationally at only a slight more monthly cost .
Caroline explained everything to me about phone , usage, data and smart switching all my apps etc ( which i didnt know existed 🤷♂️).
So a big thank you to her for all the help and one happy customer .
Caroline is a credit to Vodafone 👍

Really good Customer Service
Now, I am NOT a fan of Mobile phone companies and I have definitely had issues with Vodafone in the past. How ever today we were helped by Emily-Mai from Vodafone in Chelmsford. Absolutely brilliant, she listened to the issue and what we needed and then just did everything she could to help us. She was professional, understanding and we had a good laugh as well.
IF, I needed something else about a mobile, I would definitely go to her again.
Its been a long time since I have seen really good customer Service and today I did saw it experienced I saw it.
