Becky was amazing in helping me switch…

Becky was amazing in helping me switch from apple to Samsung after having some issues with the Esim. She then also helped us save some money on our contract! Extremely helpful!

Excellent service

We have been served by Becky three times in the past year and she goes above and beyond what I would hope for. This time we dealt with Vodafone online in the shop but Becky stayed with me to help with any questions that were asked of me. Couldn’t fault her

I saw Becky at the Carmarthen store

I saw Becky at the Carmarthen store. She very very helpful and answered all of my questions. She arranged a new contract for mobile broadband and provided me with a Gigacube. Becky was a joy to deal with and a credit to the store and Vodafone .

In store very helpful. Follow up with Vodaphone terrible.

In store very helpful and no complaints. My issue is that I returned my old phone in store for a trade in and nearly two weeks later I am getting texts from Vodafone that I haven`t returned my phone and will lose the trade in value. I have phoned Vodafone multiple times and no one can tell me where my phone is. The call operators have not been particularly helpful, don`t listen to what they are being told and a several occasions spoken over me and I still don`t know where my traded in phone is.
