Amos was brilliant. Listened and then loomed at all the contracts I have with Vodafone. He explained options and I came away paying less for more. Thank you.

Having experienced problems at other Vodafone stores we found Amos at Vodafone Buxton to be friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and efficient. He solved a long-standing logging in issue for myself before helping my wife with a new phone set up and data transfer. All Amos's promised actions happened on time and worked first time. A mention should also be made for Marjory who assisted in an equally helpful manner. We could not be happier with the service we received from Vodafone in Buxton.

The power button on my phone had broken. I always use the Buxton Vodafone shop as the staff are always so helpful. Today I met a new member of staff (new to me) Amos. He was absolutely brilliant, he sorted my new Sim contract, downloaded all my data from my other phone. He didn't make me feel conscience of my lack of knowledge, and showed me how to use some further Apps and settings. If I have any further questions I know I can ask. Amos made me feel comfortable.

Two years ago we chose Vodafone because they have a shop in Buxton and we had invaluable face-to-face personal service. Today we renewed our contract in-store with Amos and the experience confirmed why the personal approach is unbeatable. This was Rolls Royce service. Amos was friendly, cheerful, professional and efficient, He took pains to ensure it was an enjoyable and reassuring experience, answering the most basic of our questions with patience, clarity and expertise. He talked through exactly what we needed and took the necessary care and time to find the best choices for us. I rate the Buxton Vodafone shop and Amos and his colleagues very highly indeed. Outstanding all round.

The staff were so patient and helpful. They spent a lot of time talking through the options with us, constantly looking for the best offers available.

I was due for an upgrade on my phone and we were passing the shop in Buxton whilst away for the weekend. Amos was really helpful and let me see all the products available. He then worked really hard to get me the best deal possible on my next phone and contract. Im really pleased we called in. The shop was open and clean and Amos was really kind, patient and helpful. I cant thank him enough and I'm really happy with how things have turned out. I can even collect my new phone from a local shop

I’ve taken out a contract with your company, and needed help on a few occasions, each time I have been helped by Amos who is a major asset to your company, he has been professional, helpful , courteous and I have witnessed the extreme patience he shows working in your Buxton branch.

As a part of my upgrade to 150Mbps I have visited the Buxton Vodafone shop several times. Initially to check what this plan involved and the costs. Then with some problems with the app and then some technical questions. Finally with issues with my first bill. At each visit I behave been met with friendly greeting and very helpful information. All the staff have dealt with my issue in a positive way. The internet help was impersonal and the telephone help ineffective. Excellent help at the shop.

My change of Broadband was making me very anxious, but the trip to Vodafone in Buxton allayed all my worries.
It went so smoothly , I didn't have to do anything. Everything was explained carefully and I understood it all . So good to do it face to face and not " on line " , not everyone is comfortable with the latter , particularly elderly people .
A great relief that all will go ahead now .

I came in today to get a contract phone, I have never had one before so I didnt understand anything or how to go about getting one, Georgia served me and explained everything perfectly and helped me from start to finish

Excellent customer service from Vodafone in Buxton, my mobile phone was due a upgrade but asked what other discount can I get rather than a new upgrade phone, she looked and managed to get reduced monthly rate reduced my data as didn't need the amount before but still got plenty of data and free roaming when going abroad, rather than paying separately each time we go abroad, which can add up on your monthly bill. Georgina was excellent explaining and not rushed, she was chatty and friendly.
