First class service from Callum
Choosing what handset and airtime plan to upgrade to can be very daunting as there are so many options to choose from...4G, 5G, 64GB, 125GB etc etc. Callum (Senior Store Manager) at Cribbs was jiust brilliant and so thorough in explaining (and ensuring I understood) how the new contracts work for the phone and explained the airtime plans and took the time to look at my current usage to ensure I was selecting the right plan (and phone) for my needs. I left the store absolutely delighted with my purchase, and the service I received was first class/exceptional. Callum: thank you so much for your time and patience today. Mel

Fabulous customer service !
Went into this store with my 90 year old father who had dropped his phone .. he was looking for a replacement .. just an easy to use phone as he only txts and makes calls . We were served by Beth . She recommended a phone and nice cheap contract to just cover calls and txts . She was very very patient with my dad . Huge thanks to Beth for excellent customer service , my dad didn’t feel rushed and everything was explained in a way he could understand including printing out his paperwork so he could hand sign it . Thanks Beth, for making what my dad finds a stressful experience very easy and pleasant for him .
