Customer care!

I went in to the bridlington store while on holiday today with an issue I had with my portable WiFi. I had been given false information from the person I had spoke to on the Vodafone support line, but the store manager Craig was absoulutly fantastic! He truly went above and beyond to help me to solve the situation. He was very friendly, informative and helpful! Definitely puts the customer first :) very very happy with my interaction today. Thank u Craig.

New WiFi box contract.

I walked in and explained my situation and how I had to cancel my three contract because the WiFi box I had with them was shocking. And one of your staff came up to me straight away and was able to point me in the right direction and tell me what WiFi box I need to get me on my way and use when we’re on holiday. Her name was Maryanne. She was brilliant.

Maryanne was absolutely wonderful

Maryanne was absolutely wonderful! I’m a bit of an old fossil and haven’t a clue about hubs and wireless connectivity!! Maryanne couldn’t have been kinder or more patient! She was a total star! Thankyou so much!

Great service at the Bridlington…

Phone upgrades

Had a lovely welcome from Maryanne at the Bridlington store when me and my husband went to upgrade our phones. We told her what we wanted phone and contract wise and she was very efficient at sorting it all out for us. Her customer service was brilliant. She explained everything to us about our phones. She is an asset to the store 🙂

Happy customers 😊

Lovely sales assistant called Leanne served us. Really pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Didn’t rush through anything just explained everything and made sure we understood before she went any further. She also looked at our existing contract and saved us another £2 a month on our bill.
