A stress - free procedure! Nathan was brilliant!

Went in for a new phone

Went in for a new phone, Danielle helped me out and was very clear and concise about what would happen next etc. And Nathan was also very helpful and made me feel welcome

I needed to set up my phone and needed…

I needed to set up my phone and needed some help! Chantelle was so patient and knowledgeable. She was able to transfer everything from one phone to another, and helped me to access accounts I didn't know the password for! Not once did I feel like I was being a burden. While I sat in the store, waiting for updates, I observed Chantelle and Teo communicate with a range of customers. Both were so helpful. Thank you for your help today!

Resolving a problem with data roaming

I visited the Vodafone store in Bridgend this morning in relation to a problem with my wife's phone.
Chantelle assisted me in providing expert knowledge and assistance in resolving my concern while at the same time being very pleasant and polite.
I would highly recommend Vodafone Bridgend store and will certainly return in the future.
