I don't normally leave reviews, however, I just had the most amazing experience, Will at the Borehamwood branch is an absolute miracle worker, he fixed some very difficult problems I had, I'm so so grateful. He is a credit to his team, super professional, kind and very patient indeed. Can't thank him enough!!

First class service
First class service from Vodafone at Borehamwood. I visited yesterday afternoon to cancel one contact and to set up a new one and was met with courtesy, help and professionalism all round. I was served by Hassan, a recent employee, but he was ably assisted by the very helpful store manager, Ahmed. Both managed to deal with my issues and I left an hour later very content with my results and at the same time highly impressed with the level of expertise and service received. Thank you Vodafone at Borehamwood.

Lost my phone this morning in Madrid
Lost my phone this morning in Madrid. Came into vodaphone Borehamwood branch on my return. Warmly welcomed by all the guys. Reasured everything would be sorted. Hamza spent over an hour setting up the new phone with all my contacts and apps. Incredible knowledge patience and service. This is why I have been a VP customer for decades.
