Had a very helpful and patient guy…

Had a very helpful and patient guy called Yassin who guided us oldies every inch of the way through an upgrade making the experience easy, gentle and at just the right pace! He explained everything so clearly and was a marvellous help. If only there were more people like him - thank you so much!
