Delightful customer service, delightful person to talk to over all
Adam has been helpful for various needs with my account in store both for broadband and phone services, their customer service is impeccable, they make me feel very warm and welcome, they've been able to explain and help me fix/understand any issues I've had. Over all some of the best Customer service I have ever received.

Great staff at Blackpool
Gillian at Blackpool was absolutely fantastic. She was helpful, professional and had a great sense of humour. Gillian helped us straight away with our mobile broadband upgrade and sorted out all my devices. Unfortunately the broadband wasn't working once at home, so went back today to see what the problem could be. It turned out that there is a Vodafone problem in the area. Again she was brilliant. Thank you Vodafone for having great staff

Marcin was nice and friendly. He got me a very good deal on Samsung S24. I preferr to visit Vodafone store because Marcin can speak Polish, so it's easier to understand.
