This is my second visit to the kings…
This is my second visit to the kings heath branch. Both times I have been served by Dil and it's been a pleasure. He firsr sorted me out with WiFi when they originally said I wasn't able to have it and now he has helped me reduce my monthly bill on my sim and pay off the remaining amount on my device.

Went into the city centre Vodafone store who didn’t seem interested in my issue. Went into the kings heath branch spoke to Poppy, Dil & Kasim. They were great. Helped resolve my sim issues and even secured me a new sim only for my iPad. Amazing customer service
