I don't normally leave reviews but…

I don't normally leave reviews but after my experience I feel I should. I popped to Bath Friday 28th August to take a look at the new Samsung fold. I had one before and it was a bit too big and heavy. Anyway, I tried both the EE and 02 stores and unfortunately was told I could not hold the phone, or even feel how heavy it was. No help and I was told to go to Samsung in Bristol.. I then popped my head into Vodafone as that's who I have my services with and the manager welcomed me and I explained what I was after. Straight away he wanted to help me rather than send me away, he kindly asked a member of staff who had the phone himself if I could hold it and try it in my pocket, and he had no issue with letting me do this. That's all I needed, the phone was perfect and I was sold more on the service than the device... Top marks from someone that works in customer services. Will come back again when I need another phone in a year or so

Brilliant service all around!

On Saturday the 31st of August, we were helped by Alain but with input from Berty and another gentleman whose name I have forgotten (sorry). I can honestly say all three were absolutely awesome! I had broken my phone so nothing about my visit was simple but they made us feel welcomed, relaxed, and happy. Great service, lovely guys and super ecperience. Thanks, guys.
