Great store, helpful staff
I have been dealing with this store for years and they never disappoint! Whenever I have a problem, need advice or an upgrade they are nothing but friendly, inviting and helpful. They go above and beyond. Lee specifically deserves a mention. He’s been so helpful and kind to me whatever my request has been.

NOT good!
All good stuff. Cleared up all queries I had, seemlessly transferred 3 phone accounts from another supplier and upgraded my network hardware for full coverage.
UPDATE: I only found out 'afterwards' that I'd been put on to their 'web protection' at £6.00 p/m (x3 sims). The info was in the paragraph right at the bottom so customers would hopefully skip over it..disgusting!!!!!
One minute it's all good, then it isn't!
Same S**t, another day.

Perfect customer services
Today be the 26th of May I contacted Vodafone‘s customer service services unfortunately for a PAC CODE and I spoke to a very nice customer services young lady called Jasmine she was very helpful asked me through security questions and that was it. Thank you Vodafone for making it so simple and have a lovely customer advisor called Jasmine.
