Millie is a star. All my questions were duly answered and more details giving by her. I came here with lots of anger but she did well. I even have to get another phone an iPhone 16 thanks to Millie. Her smile is lovely

Leon is an asset to the store, even at the end of his shift his customer service was fantastic. He went above and beyond to try to help find a contract that would suit me (after a negative call with 191) and had great knowledge of the phone I was interested in. Diolch

Lovely girl named Lauren looked after me, I have had a difficult time recently with the customer service over the phone but when I went in store Lauren was there to help me with what I wanted to do and made this loyal customer feel appreciated, need more like her!
