I had trouble on a different network…
I had trouble on a different network connecting to the the internet. I spoke to two gentle men Matt and Alex that were at the dest. Matt fixed my issue I very much appreciate this as I bought my device from a different company.
They were very polite and completed my issue. Thank you very much Vodaphone.

Above and beyond normal service
I had many efforts to sort a problem with my new iphone via chatbot, customer complaints and visiting another store
I went to Ashford and although they were unable to solve the problem they took the time to understand and contacted customer services on my behalf
and this helped towards a resolution
They were able to escalate my complaint with vodafone and I have since been contacted by the company

Absolutely useless customer service…
Absolutely useless customer service when trying to get a broadband connection for an existing Vodafone mobile customer. The lies they tell so they don’t need to get involved. I believe if they aren’t going to get a commission they won’t help!
