28th of oct 2026 i walked in to your Vodafone ashford store and was met by Matt and his team i was upset with my currant provider, matt was patient and customer service was on par . I am now with Vodafone and very happy with the service I had received:)

Owen was very helpful

Owen was very helpful, showed me all my options and prices, was very clear with communication. Managed to get me onto a cheaper monthly plan with the same benefits and I walked away with a new tablet.

Above and beyond normal service

I had many efforts to sort a problem with my new iphone via chatbot, customer complaints and visiting another store
I went to Ashford and although they were unable to solve the problem they took the time to understand and contacted customer services on my behalf
and this helped towards a resolution
They were able to escalate my complaint with vodafone and I have since been contacted by the company
