Informative, helpful and kind staff
The manager was lovely and very helpful. I drove here and got stuck in traffic but staff were happy to help me despite it being close to closing. I was walked through everything very clearly and plainly, allowing me to make a very informed decision. I am incredibly happy with my new phone.

Sam went out of his way to resolve a technical bug preventing access to my online account.
Having tried online and in a previous store I'd all but given up hope.
