⭐ Very poor customer service – I would recommend another Vodafone branch
I had a very disappointing experience at the Vodafone store at 127 Oxford Street.
In my experience, the level of customer service was extremely poor. I went there expecting knowledgeable staff who could properly understand the issue and help me, but unfortunately I left feeling that the staff did not have the knowledge or customer-service skills I expected from a Vodafone store.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I later visited another Vodafone store further along Oxford Street, after John Lewis, and the difference was incredible. I received excellent, professional and knowledgeable service there, and they were actually able to help me.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend the Vodafone store at 127 Oxford Street. If you are on Oxford Street and need Vodafone assistance, I strongly recommend continuing further along Oxford Street and visiting the branch after John Lewis instead.
Vodafone management should seriously look at the customer-service standards at this location. Customers deserve knowledgeable staff, clear information and genuine assistance — especially when they come into a physical store specifically because they need help.
Unfortunately, my experience at 127 Oxford Street was extremely disappointing.

Very Poor Service - Never Use Vodafone
Extremely disappointing experience with Vodafone — poor service and almost no customer support.
I switched from EE to Vodafone on 20 August 2026, expecting my broadband service to be working from day one. Instead, I was left without internet for six days, from 20 August until 25 August.
The impact was significant. I was unable to work on the first day because Vodafone failed to provide the broadband service as promised.
What was particularly frustrating was the lack of communication and follow-up. Although the technical team was involved, the problem was not resolved promptly, and I received very little meaningful support from customer services during those six days.
As a new Vodafone customer, this was an extremely poor first impression. I switched to Vodafone expecting a reliable service, but instead I was left without an essential service and ultimately lost confidence in Vodafone and switched to Virgin Media.
I have also submitted a formal complaint and compensation request, but I am still waiting for Vodafone to properly respond.
Problems can happen with any broadband provider, but what matters is how the company handles them. In my experience, Vodafone failed on both the service itself and the customer support afterwards.
Six days without broadband, inability to work, poor communication, inadequate follow-up and no satisfactory resolution — this is not the level of service I expected from Vodafone.
Based on my experience, I would think very carefully before recommending Vodafone for broadband.

I originally came into the store to make a complaint, but thanks to the way Umaima listened, understood my needs and explained the different options, I ended up leaving with a new contract and feeling completely satisfied.
A real credit to Vodafone. Thank you, Umaima, and well done to the whole team!

Not as good as BT
I switched from BT to Vodafone and after 4 weeks of trying every day to make the setup work I very much regretted this decision . The Vodafone call centre is in Egypt and is not easy to contact . I spoke to at least four agents who were pleasant and helpful but they all failed to solve my problems . I needed real person to visit my home and make the setup function properly . I was told that Vodafone do not provide this service even at extra cost which I was prepared to pay . A second problem was that Vodafone cannot provide an adapter to make a wireless connection to a digital phone land .
Vodafone - please try to catch up with BT or at least stop hiding these inadequacies in you service .
