This f' ING outfit has refused to cancel a subscription that was never arranged. This scam has been going on now for 3 months. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE !!!!!!!

Ware wurde geschickt. Da ich sie nicht vertrage, wollte ich von dem 60tägigen rückgaberecht Gebrauch machen. Ich habe es fünf Tage lang probiert zu stornieren. Auf email wurde ich aufgefordert anrurufen, da ging keiner dran.
Als ich endlich nach mehreren Stunden jemand erreicht habe, war die Person nicht in der Lage die Reklamation anzunehmen. Man versprach mir ( 5 mal) Hilfe. Passiert ist nichts.
Dass die Herrschaften von der Höhle der Löwen so etwas unterstützen, lässt tief blicken.
Denkbar schlechter After sale Service: da geht es nur ums Geld; nicht um Zufriedenheit.

Per due volte non ho ricevuto l'articolo ordinato. Ho richiesto la versione da "uomo" ricevendo invece quella da donna. Totalmente inutilizzabile.

I ordered a "Made in USA" Glucose meter - with shipping came to $40. The product shipped via China Post (from China) and was nothing more than an oximeter! I've tried to get a full refund, but they say I have to pay for the shipping (back to China). Instead they are offering me a 40% refund! This was a total scam!

They basically stole my money. They had multiple excuses for not delivering for months, then claimed the courier (a vendor I never heard of, not DHL, UPS or anyone we know) tried to deliver but failed and returned a product after another month. So they repaid less than half of my money after deducting the shipment and a 'restocking' fee. They never provided either an evidence of the shipment, a report of attempted delivery or a breakdown of deductions. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT SITE!!

I placed an order for $90. They ran $149.88 on my credit card. I canceled within one hour when my bank sent a notice of the incorrect amount. Bank cancelled. Next day Vitalife ran it again. It went through. Bank won't cancel this time. This scam company won't cancel. Im out $$$ and no product. Also the company is up for sale. DO NOT buy from this company!!!

I went on their add in face book and I ordered $59.95 worth. Then they took another $159.95 out my account and I never received anything. They are SCUM of the earth. I also a senior on a fixed income! I want my money credited back to my account now. This happened on 3-10-2025 put it back dirt bags! Or I will turn you over to the authorities! Your choice!!!!!

I saw the website for shopvitalhealth and wanted to check it out..I did NOT order and they took 59.85 out of my account for some product and then another 101.75, I am a senior and they scammed me...I tried to call the number on the site and they don't answer...SCAM SCAM SCAM, I will go to the web page and check them out before I ever even think of purchasing anything from them..BE AWARE PEOPLE!!!!!

Fraud. I ordered goods from this online shop more than a month ago and paid for them directly with Visa. The money is gone, no delivery has arrived to date and no emails have been replied. This is fraud.

Ordered a month ago, still nothing! No wonder my credit card got trozen for possible fraud!

I placed an order before Christmas for delivery by 24th and as it got nearer to this date and item was still pending i asked for it to be dispatched after the 31st because i was away. When i returned the item had still not been dispatched. when i contacted support, was told the manufacturer had not delivered to them. So they sell items that are not in there stock, then once they got your money, they order from the suppliers

Still waiting for a promised delivery and no response to my email query. Website still shows "Pending" for order placed 06/12/2024 but money taken immediately.

It is not only a great business opportunity, it is also having top-quality nutritional supplements within our reach... We need to better nourish our body and VitalHealth nanotechnology at that price and with that quality, there is none...

Don't even bother. They just cancelled my order after 5 days. Waste of time

Order my Tartex pates when I'm abroad and they always package them way better than anyone else, so they don't arrive damaged. Thank you!

Massive improvement in recent times - much faster delivery and faster customer service response times. Always order my favourite non alcoholic spirit from them, Sentia. Highly recommended!

I ordered some Tea you cannot find in the United States. My friend loves this tea and it was to be placed in a gift bag with other items for her birthday. Checking the tracking for the item I noticed there was no activity and it probably wouldn't reach me in time. I sent an email, asking for the status. Danielle researched, discovered what the issue was, took care of it, and had it shipped to me immediately. It arrived in time! Sometimes things happen, but the way the business handles these issues, is what you remember. Danielle handled my small order as if it was the most important order they have ever received. Sometimes the carrier is the problem. I have ordered from this company over 10 times and have received every shipment within 5 days. I’m 67 years old and feel great using their products. I’ve tried other products that are good but much more expensive. I’ve been very pleased with their products, service, and deliveries.

I'm not sure why there are so many reviews on this company's delivery issue. I ordered my products and it arrived on time. Any products that are being shipped will always have some sort if delay and most of the time it's not the company's fault.
I believe this is a good company trying to offer the best fir their customers.
