I’ve bought several products from Vitalfields. The no pain was great. Other ones like pineal detox and detox were too strong for me and the energy didn’t do anything. Even if the products haven’t worked from me I didn’t send them back even though you guarantee a 30 day money back. My last order I bought 2 cells. They didn’t work or made me feel worse. When reaching out to customers service I was allowed to send 1 back and replace it with the no-pain. Well they shipped it to an address I haven’t been at in over 10 months. When I reached out to them about this they just told me to go to my old address and get it. It’s a 40 minute drive one way and I told them I have no idea who lives there and didn’t feel comfortable going back to that area. It is not a safe area. After that interaction and asking them to look into why they sent it to my old address, they ghosted me. I sent a final email about their lack of integrity in customer service and still heard nothing, so when this email popped up to leave a review, here it is.

The pain patch reduced the arthritic pain in my lower back by about 85 percent. No more difficulty getting out of bed in the morning. No pain while playing golf. There is still mild soreness which is basically nothing. I’ve been using this patch for about 8 months now. Started feeling relief within the first hour of use. Excellent product.

There is room for improvement. Design a better adhesive. The adhesives that come with a purchase are ok. But it begins to lose effectiveness within a day or two.

Didn’t seem to work for my husband, he said he didn’t see a difference.

This product is very legit. I just place it where I am hurting it the pain is gone. My hands hurt so bad at night. When I put these on my hands I can sleep painless. I need a whole body suit made of this product.

Products didn't work at all. When I emailed them to return they took a long time to get back to me. And they gave me a wrong address to return too and it got sent back to me, after I payed to return it. Tried again to contact them for help and no one ever got back to me. Even though I tried to contact them over 4 times. Not worth it. Very upset about it.

I love the product but the adhesive that comes with it is terrible. It eventually falls off & is lost. I’ve given the cells so many chances but they adhesive never works & my cell goes missing. Don’t think I will invest in this anymore.

What like is the length of time it works for the money.

I never write reviews but this is a miracle for my back pain. I’ve had chronic lower back pain for 20 yrs. When I wear the no pain cell taped to my back I can be on my feet for hours with little to no pain that used to be excruciating. I now wear 3 on my back all the time. Literally has changed my life!

I love everybody at Dr Reeds’s office. They all know how to take care of the question and diver Service. They are quick to respond and friendly and have the answers I’m looking for. I really couldn’t ask for anymore.

My husband wore his frequencell constantly and it relieved his shoulder pain but then he started having burning pain below the previous should pain. The frequencell didn’t relieve that burning pain so we took it off after a week. He had to have an MRI and now are waiting to see what that showed. It did work for the first pain in his shoulder though. I may order the inflammation and weight loss one, if it’s still available! Good customer service experience when I contacted them about the burning pain.

The products are fantastic however the cost of postage to Australia makes them extremely unaffordable to the majority of people who need to use them. I raise this issue every time I do a review but nothing changes. Surely there is a more cost effective option.
