We've been working with Visualsoft for a number of years now and they have given great service and take their time to ensure you understand all issues and developments.

Recently, we undertook a technical SEO audit with Visualsoft to help ensure our platform is working as effectively as possible and Stan really did go above and beyond to ensure that things that needed to be resolved, were fixed and running smoothly. He took the time to explain the complicated elements to ensure our understanding and how we could better grow.

Happy with the service, options presented to us and keeping on top of our account when we are busy. We have a long relationship with Visualsoft and any minor issues have always been dealt with well.

I never had a negative experience working with Visualsoft. I recently worked with Chris from the Platform Integrity team and I received a very experienced service.

By far the worst company we have ever dealt with. They will claim their control panel within the website is as easy to use as Shopifys ITS NOT! It's very complicated and the training to use it is poor. The marketing department is an absolute disgrace, we gave VS full control of paid social and PPC which was a huge mistake as they are very very poor in their execution. We had paid Social that was completely out of line with our brand guidelines, spelling mistakes on PAID adverts. Google PPC we had sponsored adverts that took customers to an error 404 page! its was only OUR team that picked up on this otherwise the ad would of run continuously, the ad in question was for one of our most popular products too! VS will sign you into a 12 month retainer that once you decide to leave (Because of VS unacceptable mistakes) they will set their legal team onto you. Be very carful they have a great sales team to onboard you but once you are signed in they haven't got the skills across the company top deliver good results. One of my worst and most expensive mistakes to date!

We've been a longstanding partner with Visualsoft - well over 10 years! This is due to their knowledge and experience, and ability to deliver positive results. Paul Elphinstone and Chris Hunter have both been fantastic and have really helped us to review, understand and enhance our platforms to increase traffic and drive revenue. They are always on hand to help out and it's been massively appreciated by our team. We've also just launched our new website and we're really happy with the whole process from start to finish. This is ideal as sometimes changes can be misinterpreted and then the wrong changes can be made. A simple "Is this what you want?" is a way to avoid that and so him asking this was perfect and much appreciated!

We have been working with Visualsoft for 17 years and we are still happy. Over this time they have grown and evolved with the needs of their customers. Whilst the team is much larger and mostly unrecognisable from the early days, we still get a great level of personal service and they genuinely feel like an extension of our own team. We really enjoy working with them and appreciate the array of expertise they provide.

We started working with Olivia properly early March 2024, having seen our marketplace sales drop continually month after month. It is still very early days, and we cannot as yet judge Olivia on the deliverables of increased sales, but what I can say is that she is 100% onside and knows what she is doing. I asked Laura, our Client Services Director for a full strategic review of our marketplace accounts, and she involved Olivia, and I have to say she and Lisa Sheehan presented the the most in-depth, detailed and motivational strategic review we have seen.
There is a lot of work to do, but from what we have seen so far I have no doubt that Olivia will start delivering on improved sales as both sides work together as one.
Olivia has saved the day for Visualsoft, because we were about to drop them for the marketplace service. Let's see where we are in three months.
