After trying unsuccessfully to sort out our own Visas for India, we took the advice of our tour company. Go to Vis Genie.
What a difference! One form easily completed, two images sent by email from both of us and a few days later the two visas arrived.
Our advice would be, don’t bother on the Government website for Visas where we had to re-enter data over 4 times - just contact Visa Genie and save the hassle!
