Virgin Games Omdömen

If any of you are downloading this for the 100 free spins.DO NOT waste your money on this disgrace of a promotion.i decided to use a tenner to activate to where i won around 80-90 cent.I then used the 100 free spins to where I won a whole 4.50 do not give in to this promo it is a waste of money

Absolutely rubbish site. Same winners. Robot's probably. Avoid like the plague

I had a very disappointing experience with this online casino. I played on Virgin Casino and never once had a fair or satisfying outcome. It feels like the games are designed in a way that makes it almost impossible to win. I have lost a significant amount of money, and at no point did I feel there was a fair chance.

In my opinion, this is one of the worst online casino platforms out there. They take your money easily, but giving anything back seems nearly impossible. I would strongly advise others to stay away and be very cautious before spending any money here.

Honestly the biggest scam site ever , never win anything they just take your money and give you poxy 10pence wins ridiculous stay well clear of this site.

Lots of similar casinos but support made me review it a 1 star. Won 3 £0.10 Free Spins, they were not rewarded, contacted support and they "can't" do anything to reinstate nor to compensate. Three worthless Spins but showed the level of support they give towards old spender accounts. Got other better options, thanks.

this site and the sister sites complete joke !! just wasting money made deposits and deposits never win anything participate box bonanza and you get 25p what a joke !!! after lifetime deposits on the site for over £1000!! never get any winnings at all i wish this site is completely removed from trading because they are just robbing people the games are interrupted when there should be some pay it is obvious they are just scammers

The slots are set at such bad payout I have never won a thing it’s appauling x

I’m 100% positive that mostly “ bots “ win in this site . I have played here for a number of years . On bingo sites you usually see names of winners that you recognise but I have noticed that 99% of the “winners “ have names I have never seen. There is no way that these are all “new members “

I was able to deposit £4000 on one game and got nothing back , the feature came in after about £1500 and was laughable ! Robbers !

What a dishonest site theres no way it's the win rate they say i had spent 480 got a scatter 2 times one i got nothing out of ten spins 2nd time i got 20 pound dont get me wrong i know you can't win everytime but still should get more when you spend 480 your chances of winning is slim to none save you money and try a different site

HORRIBLE PLACE NEXT TO THE LOUD AIRPORT !!!! WTF THIS PLACE IS AWFUL LOUD AND OBNOXIOUS !!!!
DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!

Total rubbish.never a bonus or feature rolls in.never again

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Virgin Games and feel others should be aware before depositing their money.

I deposited £20 one evening last week and ended up hitting the Jackpot on Huff and Puff, winning £1,571. I have screenshots showing the win along with the reference number, so there is clear evidence that the win occurred. However, when it came time to withdraw the winnings, the experience completely changed.

The verification process has been incredibly poor. I have provided multiple forms of documentation and proof when requested, yet the process just seems to go in circles. Every time I submit what they ask for, something else suddenly becomes an issue. It feels like no matter what documentation you provide, they will try their hardest not to pay out.

Customer service has also been extremely frustrating. Responses are slow, vague, and unhelpful, and no one seems willing to give a clear explanation as to why my withdrawal is being refused. Despite providing the evidence they requested, I am still being denied the payout without any proper reasoning.

I have now issued a formal complaint and will be escalating this matter further. £1,571 is a significant amount of money, and I expect a fair and transparent explanation at the very least.

Based on my experience so far, I would strongly advise others to be cautious. I will be pursuing this issue until it is properly resolved, as this is far from the end of the matter.

If i could give no stars i would.Joined this site last night, deposited 10 and managed to withdraw 30,went to log in this morning and my account has been closed!!!No email to tell me why.SCAM SITE,DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Played around 100 pounds on this site, of course i lost them on non paying slots. I came to read the reviews from trustpilot, after o saw it, in 2 seconds i closed the account! 😁 Don t deposit here people, it s a scam!

Just signed up. Put in around 50 quid of money i wouldn't miss. Won 95 and withdrew. Thought to myself, put on another 10 pound and I found that they was actively taking money beyond the bet in between spins. Said to my Mrs, watch this spin. 10-20p on a top of my 50p bet was being taken every other spin. Uninstalled immediately. Now looking at reviews I'm so glad I did.

Thank you for the 35 pound profit. But I'm out. Absolute con artists.

On top of that they lure you in with the 100 free spins on the worse game imaginable. Won 86p 🤣🤣🤣

You can't make this shit up honestly. Stick to coral and other sites where the chances of winning are significantly higher. For someone who is 35 pounds up i should be happier. But cowboy companies like this leave a pit in my stomach that I just can't shake. Glad I got out when I did.

Worst site, they will steal all your merchandise money, no winning at all literal looting, don’t play

Absolutely disgusting... closed my account... the win rates are terrible stay clear of this site .. shame i cant show you but £50 spent , for a £2.30 bonus ..line pays max £3 ... disgusting worst site ive ever used 😤

Virgin games slots are utter rubbish DO NOT PLAY them. I played for HOURS the other night and it WOULD NOT LET ME on the main feature until I wagered £850 and then when I did get the feature I won £42!!! i got none of the mini features also and the same thing happened the last time I played.
