I am 7 days post op and am really pleased with the service and also the personal care from the Vinci team. The doctors and nurses really looked after me on the day of my procedure and made me feel at ease. Whilst there is some discomfort, they helped to ensure that I was as comfortable as possible. I am now excited to see how my hair looks in the future. Thank you to all the team. Steve M

Unfortunately I had smp procedure carried out by there technicians in Manchester Vinci clinic in 2023 which was to dark and I was also unhappy with the hairline, I contacted them straight away and I was told to wait 12 months for it to settle which I did so I contacted Vinci after the 12month period about this issue because it didn't rectify itself, I was rebooked a appointment at the Manchester branch where they tried using a dilutted acid to lighten the smp which didn't work I also found this procedure very painful,after this the manager at the time left a new manager was appointed he promised to sort the issue out by laser and to get the Smp redone lighter for free of charge because it was not my fault and it was down to the technicians error, unfortunately he left aswell and a new manager was appointed but she does not communicate by phone only by email which i find very strange unlike the 2 previous managers who actually called you back I found this very annoying I tried to book the laser sessions at first she emailed me saying it wouldn't work I found it on their website that they can can remove Smp with laser but she wanted to Charge me £300 per a session for laser for the removal of the smp which was a botched job from one of there technicians as a paying customer I have found this very stressful and unprofessional this issue is still ongoing now and I personally wouldn't recommend any one using this company due to the way they have handled the whole situation.

I've been wanting a hair transplant for a few years now, and I decided to go for it. From the initial consultation with Axel, I knew I had found the right place.

On the day of the surgery, I was met by a very friendly receptionist and I met Dr Ben and his team. Everyone was really lovely.

The Aftercare pack I received was well stocked and has really helped me with my recovery.

Everything the team did appears to have worked as it should. Now it's just down to me to nurture.

Il mio percorso è iniziato con la clinica di Dubai, dove ho effettuato la prima consulenza. Fin da subito ho trovato un ambiente estremamente professionale, organizzato e trasparente. La comunicazione è sempre stata chiara, precisa e soprattutto senza alcun tipo di pressione commerciale: un aspetto che ho apprezzato particolarmente, considerando l’importanza di un intervento come questo.

A seguito di un cambiamento improvviso dei miei piani personali dovuto alla situazione geopolitica, ho avuto la necessità di spostare l’intervento in Europa. Qui ho avuto un’ulteriore conferma della serietà della struttura: senza alcuna difficoltà, mi è stato permesso di trasferire tutto presso la sede di Malaga, mantenendo condizioni e piano concordati. Questo livello di flessibilità e attenzione al cliente è tutt’altro che scontato.

Arrivato a Malaga, l’esperienza è stata semplicemente eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. L’organizzazione è impeccabile: dal trasferimento dall’aeroporto, alla sistemazione in hotel, fino alla gestione di ogni singolo dettaglio pre e post intervento. Tutto è studiato per mettere il paziente nelle migliori condizioni possibili.

Devo dire, con grande sincerità, che pur avendo iniziato il mio percorso a Dubai, ho trovato nell’esperienza di Malaga qualcosa in più sotto il profilo umano e organizzativo: un’attenzione al dettaglio e al paziente che mi ha colpito particolarmente e che mi ha fatto sentire completamente seguito in ogni momento.

Un ringraziamento particolare va a Lisa, responsabile della clinica, sempre disponibile e attenta, e ad Alicia, che ha gestito tutta la comunicazione via email in maniera puntuale, precisa e rassicurante.

Il giorno dell’intervento ho trovato un team straordinario. L’equipe della Dottoressa Susanne si è dimostrata altamente professionale, competente e organizzata. In ogni fase mi sono sentito seguito, ascoltato e soprattutto in mani sicure.

Un ringraziamento speciale anche a Lulu, assistente della dottoressa, per la sua gentilezza, simpatia e capacità di mettere a proprio agio: dettagli che fanno davvero la differenza in un’esperienza di questo tipo.

La clinica si distingue anche per la pulizia impeccabile e per l’attenzione maniacale agli standard igienici, elementi fondamentali in un contesto medico.

Nel complesso, il servizio offerto è stato di livello altissimo: accoglienza, professionalità, organizzazione e qualità umana del team sono stati semplicemente eccellenti. Sono davvero molto soddisfatto e felice della scelta fatta.

Having to rewrite this review as it's disappeared,my transplanted hair is falling out progressively and they don't want to know ,they've wasted my grafts ,no compassion ,no help and no refund for the botched procedure ,I need people to know that Vinci is a shabby company ,I had no native hair ,the hair I'm losing is transplanted hair ,I asked for an 18 month assessment but got ignored ,stay away from this company, it was done on August 27 2024 but can't put that as calender doesn't go back that far ,I will keep wriying a review everytime it's removed ,my transplanted hair is falling ,this is a new email address I'm using that doesn't match what they have for me if that's the way they get around getting the review removed

I recently had a hair transplant at the Málaga clinic with Dr. Susanne Rössler and her team, with Neil as my consultant. I’m now two weeks post-op and really happy with how it’s looking so far — looking forward to seeing the full result.

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Neil was great throughout — really helpful and easy to deal with — and I felt comfortable the entire time.

I did a lot of research about having a hair transplant, tried lots of different products but in the end I decided to book an appointment with Axel at Vinci hair clinic. Axel was straight to the point and was clear about what to expect on the day of my hair transplant which made it more relaxed for me. The hair surgeons were very friendly and chatty and I was made to feel comfortable all day. All in all the level of care and support was great.

I’ve recently had a hair transplant at Vinci and I can’t praise them high enough. After the consultation with Axel I felt very confident and ready to go ahead with it, they’re very friendly and are very knowledgeable about everything hair related. Even after the transplant I had a few questions to ask about aftercare etc and they responded very quickly with in depth answers. Would highly recommend.

I am writing this to warn others about the disconnect between Vinci’s UK consultations and their surgical delivery. My experience was defined by a "bait-and-switch" regarding my hairline design.

In my UK consultation, I was quoted £3,500 for a specific, lower hairline and crown fill. I was told my hair quality was "3 out of 4" (good candidate). Based on this professional "pre-sale" advice, I paid in full and travelled to their Malaga clinic.

Once in Spain, having already paid for the treatment, flight and hotel, and being alone in a foreign country, the surgeon (Dr Suzanne) informed me that the hairline I had paid for was impossible. She claimed the original plan wouldn't look realistic and suggested a much higher, rounder hairline instead.

Classic bait and switch. I complained but as I’d already paid I never saw a penny back.

The post-op kit also arrived late and was missing half the items (travel pillow, recovery oil). When I complained, the response was dismissive, focusing on the "discount" I supposedly received rather than the failure to deliver the service as described.

: If the person selling you the surgery (the consultant) isn't aligned with the person performing it (the surgeon), you risk being left with a result that does not match your investment.

The eye for detail was second to none. reall attention to making sure i was happy with my treatment at all times.

My experience began with a facetime consult with Neil,a man who has actually had the procedure with the VHC who better to guide you through with the result right in front of you,his knowledge,his patience,his understanding all come from his years of experience,I was very soon on a plane to Malaga.
I'd spent months researching the Turkish option i found them pleasant at first but they would get a bit pushy,texting a lot and inconsistencies in the amount of grafts I'd need each clinic had a different appraisal and the one I had some confidence in gradually increased the cost,Honestly I gave up but luckily said it to a friend and he told me about Vinci he got me the number of a lad who had actually been there,we spoke he gave me Neil's number...
So I arrive at the clinic met by the impressive Doctor Susanne Rossler we decide on our plan and she guides me through the whole day's procedure and then we meet the team Caroline, Vero and Lulu and just to be clear i'm the only patient the whole clinic is just for me,thats policy, the clinic itself is impeccable,as is the staff,the procedure begins with extraction from the donor area in the morning and graft implants in the afternoon,the pain i felt was minimal with the girls constantly checking for any discomfort,I absolutely knew i was in good hands,im on day 10 and everything is going as planned,the clinic continues to monitor my progress,if your reading this then you will know whats its like to watch your hairline receed and your hair get thin Now I get to watch my hairline return and my hair thicken,im only sorry I didn't do it sooner,So Thank You to all at Vinci not forgetting the admin girls Alicia and Lisa..

I've had an amazing experience with VHC London. Just had my first hair transplant done on Harley Street and I can say I was amazed at first with the outcome. Initially they outlined my hairline a bit higher at the consultation which isn't a bad thing as it shocked me how better it looked afterwards. The extraction and implant went great, the team was caring and fun to deal with throughout the process. Made me feel at ease at all times. I am looking forward for the second surgery in 12 months from now.

25 years ago I had a strip method hair transplant. This was a very traumatic experience and one I did not wish to repeat. A very good friend of mine recently had a hair transplant with Vinci and the results were fantastic. My friend put me in touch with Neil from Vinci and after contemplating another transplant for a few years, and liaising with other companies, there was only one choice to make. Neil offered knowledge, support and guidance prior, during and after the procedure in Malaga. The staff at Vinci were outstanding and the experience was far superior to my previous procedure. The after care I have received has been amazing and I feel I have not had to go on this journey alone. The results a week later are fantastic and I am very happy with the results so far. Just recently had a hair transplant at vinicihairclinic in manchester , im really impressed with the company, the consultation and the planning before the procedure and the aftercare with neil from vinici was spot any questions you had for him he would answer straight away, very easy guy to talk to top bloke , the surgeon dr lurii Gatej and his team have done a excellent job with my hair transplant they made you feel very comfortable through the procedure and dr lurii talked through everything step by step. 😁

I chose Vinci London for my hair transplant clinic. Initially, I was a little reluctant, but I didn’t want to miss the window of opportunity before my hair loss progressed too far.

After an in-person consultation with Axel — which was free of charge — I felt much more comfortable. He was friendly, informative, and answered all my questions, so I booked my procedure for the following month.

On the day of the transplant, I arrived early, checked in, and had a discussion with the surgeon about my medical background and what I wanted to achieve. We talked through my expectations and the surgeon carefully mapped out my new hairline before the procedure began.

I then went down to the operating room and met the technician team. My head was shaved and the process started — around 2,900 grafts were extracted and implanted. The technicians were all extremely friendly and professional, and I was able to watch Netflix during the procedure, which made the whole experience feel very relaxed.

The aftercare has been superb. Any worries or questions I’ve had have been answered quickly, which really helps during the recovery process.

I’m now six months in and already receiving compliments on the results, which is very humbling. There’s still plenty of time for further density to come through, but I’m already very happy with the progress.

I would definitely recommend Vinci to anyone considering a reputable UK-based clinic. It’s also worth noting that the overall cost worked out the same to what I would have paid going to Turkey once flights and travel were included. The difference is that I didn’t have to deal with travelling abroad and after care issues — I was back home within an hour following the surgery.
