I ordered a dining table from Viki Interior on 19th April. At the time of ordering, I was told that delivery would take only 15 days. Even after almost one month, the product has still not been delivered.
There is no proper customer support or direct contact number available. The number given on the website works only through WhatsApp. Calls are never answered. Whenever I contact them, I am told, “Give me 15 minutes, I will call you back,” but there is never any response after that.
I have been continuously following up for nearly a month. I even requested a refund, but it was denied. At this point, I have completely lost hope regarding both the delivery and the quality of the product.
The seller shared an invoice and booking details from a delivery portal. However, when I checked the tracking status, it showed “Seller preparing the order.” When I asked about this, I was informed that the product was still in their factory. It appears that even the owner is not aware of the actual delivery status.
I have evidence of the number of calls made and the conversations exchanged.
Please be careful before placing any order with Viki Interior:
There is no proper access to speak directly with the seller.
Delivery timelines are not respected.
There is poor communication and no clarity about order status.
As of now, I have neither received my dining table nor my refund, and I have lost almost ₹23,000.

Over 100 phone calls and messages have been sent. Had I seen the reviews of this company I would not have ordered and taken such a risk. This company must be Blacklisted from dealing with any customer. Wonder how to get back my money.

Vikram Saini is owner, customer care and person replying to all these reviews using AI. I believed his fake proof of orders delivery and paid advance. But after payment he is giving all nonsense excuses.
All 5 star reviews are completely fake. Pls don't fall for fake reviews and get cheated as me.

I made the decision to hold the dispatch rather than send you a faulty product that wouldn't last.
We have now rectified these production issues. I have personally supervised the schedule, and your order is confirmed for dispatch by March 10th.
I realize my words only matter once the table is at your door. I am committed to proving that we are not what the negative reviews suggest, but a business working hard to overcome recent technical and operational hurdles.

Complete Fraud, Order not despatched even after 6 months of advance payment
Complete Fraud company.
I ordered dining table Order No. VSO 1277 in September 2025 with full advance but till now order not despatched. Stop picking call and each time when called from another number give silly reasons. Don't get carried away by website and other false proof and reviews.
I hv registered police complaint against this cheater and recommend other people who faced the issues to register cyber crime compliant and teach this fake and cheater a lesson.
It is not company at all, only small setup run by Vikram Saini and there are no workers in that company. using AI generated fake reviews in Google and answers he is just faking everything.
Beware DON'T MAKE ANY ADVANCE PAYMENT.
UPDATE- Observe the person replied provided despatch date as Feb10 and later changed to Mar10 but still not despatched.
I have registered police complaint for this Fraud.

Siddesh, I am Vikram Saini. I am replying to this personally because I recognize the severity of your complaint and the 6-month delay since September.
I will not give you 'silly reasons.' The truth is that our facility in Jaipur faced a severe backlog and technical rework requirements on the dining table back-supports that halted our dispatch cycle. As a small setup, these production hurdles hit us hard, and I realize my communication has not been good enough during this time.
Regarding your mention of a complaint: I am not running a scam, I am running a factory that is struggling to catch up. I have your order VSO 1277 in front of me. To prove this is not a 'fake' reply: Your unit is physically ready and is scheduled for the March 10th dispatch truck.
I am not asking for your trust—I know I have lost that. I am asking only for these few days to get the product to you. I will personally send the Lorry Receipt (LR) and tracking scan to your registered number the moment it loads. I am committed to clearing this debt to you

Order not delivered
Ordered a set in November. They hurriedly took a 50% advance. After that, whenever we contact, the reply is either that they'll "update shortly" or that it's "dispatching". No transparency. When threatened with legal action, they responded with a long AI-generated response that heaven knows is true or not.
Extremely unprofessional organization. Strongly recommend against.
Edit: No lorry receipt provided by vikinterio as promised in the reply below. This is the exact pattern - irresponsible promises that are quietly reneged.

Fraud and fake company
This guy is fraud and the company is fake. They take money and do not deliver as the company is non-existent. The website looks real but the people are frauds. The name of the person is Shri Vikram Saini and he keeps saying wait for sometime, give me moment etc but does not do his work. I asked him for refund and he is simply not doing that showing his spurious intentions.

the company and owner vikram saini cannot be trusted . he has not supplied the goods i ordered worth 1.45 lakh and and he refuses to refund the money. i have sent him a legal notice and he has cyber crime applications against him.
pls see there are many complaints like mine online. the ‘vs saini’ in the 5 star comments here is the owner of the business.
he keeps deleting genuine google review complaints. fraud / scam alert!

Your order involved an Eight-Seater Dining Set with highly customized chairs, two coffee tables, four side tables, and specific Black Italian marble slabs. Because these items were custom-made to your specifications, we invested the advance directly into the specialized raw materials and labor required for your unique design.
While we regret the two-week production delay, the goods were prepared according to your request. As per industry standards for customized furniture, once production is complete and materials are cut, cancellation becomes a significant challenge for a manufacturing unit. We are currently holding this custom stock in our warehouse.
We are aware of the legal notices and are cooperating with all formal inquiries to show that Vikinterio is a real, operational factory. Due to current financial constraints, we are unable to process an immediate lump-sum refund; however, we are committed to a structured settlement in installments starting from September 2026.
We have never intended to defraud any customer; we are simply navigating severe cash-flow challenges while holding custom inventory. We remain open to a professional dialogue to resolve this settlement
