Good work everyone
I am very satisfied with the personal assistant I have been assigned to and the whole Vida Art Agency Team. They are great if you want to be promoted in social media, they can contact different festivals and organize concerts for you. At the moment, they are negotiating with one publishing company, instead of me. We are almost there to have some of my Music sheets published which I am very happy about. I didn't have to do anything, just to agree or disagree with some of the publisher's options, which saved me a lot of time.

Disappointed
I had a contract with Vida Art Management as my personal assistant, but unfortunately, my experience was very poor. The communication was not smooth and there were several careless mistakes made. I don't feel as an artist that I was well taken care of by this company, and I cannot recommend it.
The communication was a major issue for me. I often had trouble getting in touch with my designated contact, and when I finally did, the answers I received were often unhelpful or unclear. This made it difficult for me to get the support I needed, and I felt like I was constantly having to chase after information.
Additionally, the mistakes made by Vida Art Management were frustrating. On several occasions, important tasks were overlooked or done incorrectly, which had a negative impact on my work. These errors were not just small mistakes either, but rather major oversights that cost me time and money to fix.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Vida Art Management. As an artist, I need a personal assistant who is reliable, communicative, and competent. Unfortunately, Vida Art Management did not meet these basic requirements, and I do not feel well taken care of by them. I would not recommend this company to any other artists or creatives.

my experience with the agency
I have been with Vida Art since November last year, I have a medium package and I am very satisfied with the benefits it provides. My personal assistant is available to me via video call now, they are all serious people, musically high educated. I had the opportunity to redesign my website, I am very satisfied. I have no doubts regardless of some comments, everyone has the right to talk and write today, you have to try something first to comment. I cooperate with them and let them organize everything and apply on my behalf. They have communication managers who speak several world languages, me as a Greek woman, would hardly be able to translate my emails, materials, biographies all the time and professionally. First of all, I would like to thank the Vida Art team for their great help and advice regarding my design. I know it helped a lot in my career. I also want to say that in every sense I could count on the help of my assistant. I saved a lot of time that I invested in other things. Today, after a year I know that we made progress. Thank you very much for sharing your concerns. We are glad to comment on them. Vida Art Management sees itself first and foremost as a Personal Assistant Agency. This means that we primarily assist artists with their organizational and bureaucratic work. It is our concern that artists can fully concentrate on making music and do not have to take care of various other organizational things on the side. So we are not a conventional management where the main focus is on booking concerts. Nevertheless, we also offer booking of concerts. There are the following possibilities: If an artist already has upcoming concerts, the artist can of course hand over any organizational work for these concerts to us and we will take care of it. We also send out the artist portfolios to concert organizers every month. The concert organizers then reserve the right to either accept or decline our offers. So we can not guarantee in every case that we can organize concerts for an artist. All this information is mentioned in each contract, which our artists read carefully and sign if they agree.
If you have worked with us in the past, this information should not seem new to you. Therefore, you should also know that our agency is not a scam. We kindly ask you to refrain from making such reputation damaging statements in the future.
We are very sorry if you are disappointed with our management. However, there are a large number of artists who are very satisfied with our work. We understand that you may not need our services and continue to support the artists that do.

Es una agencia que estafa a los músicos. Pague 1200 euros y no tuve ni un concierto. Es un holding de empresas bajo mismo registro. Tuve problemas con las facturas, me querían colar un mes mas de pago, hasta que les puse a caldo.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to comment on it. As you can see on our website, we are not a traditional management agency but a personal assistant agency. We would like to quote from our website:
"The Agency was founded in 2018 to help artists with daily tasks which they do not have enough time for.
The founders are also musicians who understand that they should dedicate their talent and time to music, and not administrative work. For that reason, we are not a typical management agency, but a personal assistant agency. Depending on the needs of the artist, we have created different types of packages."
Nevertheless, we try to organize concerts for our artists. For this purpose, we send proposals to various concert organizers every month. The concert organizers then reserve the right to accept or decline our offers. All this information is included in each contract. We also clearly state in our contracts that we cannot guarantee that all our artists will get a concert organized by us. So if you have worked with us in the past, this information should not be new to you.
It is important for us to explain that Vida Art Agency, Mila and Heda Art Agency all belong together. Cora Art agency is our rock departement, which we are currently building up. The company behind all these agencies is SwissOnz GMBH with the main office in Forch, Zurich.
If an artist has personal financial problems and is not able to pay the bills, the artist may and should contact us at any time. We have competent employees who take care of any concerns of our artists and are always looking for solutions together with them.

The agency contacted me in June this year and we sign the contract. This is my experience with them.
I'm also in contact with artists from the agency and many of them are not satisfied with their services at all.
The agency don't respect the contract at all. There are a lot of mistakes, a lot of delays and they don't respect the artist who pays them at all.
Person who is in charge of personal assistant, didn't have time to respect the artist. After that, what can you expect then from their employees?
Here is the answer:I am also in charge of all the personal assistants and at the moment my schedule is fully packed with Zoom meetings with artists.
What artists want is to respect them because they give a lot of money to the agency, but instead of respecting recive an messages like that without any kind of communication manner.
The Agency shall be committed to the contract at 10, 20 or 32 hours of assisting the artist. Since person in charge of PA' says there is no time because her schedule is a full. I asked how many artists have one assistant. If 40 hours per week is a normal working time or 45 hours in Switzerland, one personal assistant can do more than 8 - 10 artists depending on how many hours they have promised them in the contract. Copy-paste mail that is not personalized does not subtract for more than 15 minutes to send because they are sent to addresses that are public and no preparation is needed. Telephone calls (5 per week) which person in charge of PA's said to do would also not need more than half an hour. If we calculate that she spends 2 hours a month on calls, an hour to send the same emails, the question is where 7 more hours are.
According person in charge of PA's, this time assistant spend into research suggestions.
Suggestions are bad,randomly, without any sense.
When she was asked to explain on the basis of which suggestion was elected, the answer was not received.
Reports late, suggestions late,very bad communication manners.
So, before signing a contract with them check with UK union.
This is my experience till now.

We are very sorry your experience hasn`t been pleasant so far and of course we would like to make up for it and figure out what went wrong. Management has gotten no complaint of such sort, so please contact them if you haven`t already (new e-mail: director@vidaartmanagement.com). We would like to remind you that by the contract you signed you are not allowed to talk to other artists or to reveil any business infos to the public, so please refrain from doing so. We would greatly appreciate it if you contacted us directly, we believe that anything can be resolved by talking to each other.
About the hours by contract: The hours include any work that is being done within the team in your name, not only your personal assistant (team that contacts festivals, social media team, contact with supervisors etc.). And it is up to you to give them any kind of additional tasks (beside the proposals) that you would like to have done.
There is a monthly call with the person in charge of assistants (15min for a basic package). This person will approach you and fix a date, but of course that date usually cannot be within the next couple of days. If something is urgent or you feel it can`t get resolved with your PA you may always contact management.
The UK Union has not answered to our approach to this day. To most of our artists we are a personal assistant service and not a regular management, that is why there is a fee. The UK Union generally suggests not to work with managements that ask for a fee.

Great cooperation
I have got great cooperation with the agency. Nowadays, it is very difficult to find good and satisfying management, and, as an artist, it is impossible to be without one if you want to completely devote yourself to preparing your repertoire.
I had oppportunities to work with some other agencies, with whose work I wasn't satisfied, so I used to doubt this agency as well. I am extremely happy with our cooperation, which is getting better each day. Their ways of managing all the activities, the whole system, I find very fulfilling. They help me with my career and brending myself as an artist. They are definitely my right arm!

Avoid! UK Musician's Union recommend contacting them before ANY engagement/agreement with Vida Art Management!
*update* - UK Musician's Union have now issued advice to contact them before accepting ANY contract with Vida Art. Please make sure you read your agreements very carefully if you're considering working with them, and seek both legal and Union/ISM advice before signing anything. Look up their article "Seeking Guidance From Our Contract Advisory Service" posted 3rd Feb 2021 for more info.
I was reached out to by a 'representative' from this company via my website's contact form. Real artist management agencies don't usually do that, please be very careful dealing with them.
Many similar things to this can be a scam aiming to get you to pay them without delivering services. I would not personally trust them, given that another representative has emailed me since I posted this and they've taken down other Musician's reviews who claim they have been scammed by this agency. One of such reviews said that they'd paid this company for months and hadn't received any services at all.
Update: they have now contacted me threatening to go to their lawyer based on this review claiming there were never any negative reviews to begin with.
Due to reports against two other reviews stating that they were scammers, they have been removed. Very suspect and aggressive behaviour from whoever is behind this organisation.

Thank you for voicing your concerns, we will gladly address them. Since you have never worked with us I want to assure you that we do indeed deliver with our services. Our new form of artist management / personal assistant seems to cause some confusion. We are first and foremost a personal assistant service and state very openly that we cannot guarantee any concerts. For example in the basic package you get 16 hours of assistant time per month for only 100 Euros. This fee is actually well below average in our business. Some musicians want to outsource all their administrative work and rather use that time to practice and for more enjoyable tasks. This service may not be right for everybody, but we offer it for the ones that do want and need it.
As for the UK Musician`s Union, they have never reached out to us to clarify the situation and to get the full picture. We will gladly contact them and clarify the situation as well.
We are sorry that you perceived our contacting you as a threat and we apologize for that. However we are a start-up and slandering on the internet by people who have never worked with us can be a real problem. Especially since the founders - who are musicians as well - have put all their heart into this project. They saw that it is hard for many musicians to get representation or a personal assistant service at an affordable rate, so they founded Vida Art Management.
We understand that you may not need our services and continue to support the artists that do.
