Victory handled my rather large tax debt with professionalism and understanding. I was a little concerned having an attorney over the phone but they really stepped up and we're on top of things. They normally help me set up a payment plan with the IRS but they had several penalties reduced and or removed. My only concern was I was assigned a couple different attorneys throughout the process but my case was rather large. I would highly recommend them.

Victory Tax Solutions is one of the best tax firms in Southeastern Michigan. Victory was there for me during one of the toughest times in my life, with three years of unfilled tax returns and over 25,000 in back taxes I knew it this was a serious issue that I was not equipped to handle myself! The staff was very professional and worked diligently to rectify all questions the Revenue Officer placed before them concerning my case. Had a small company with big tax problems. The victory team was pleasant to work with, and always treated me with the upmost respect. After several years of dealing with ill parents I had 4 years of unfiled returns which led to an almost overlooked Lock-in letter in December 2015 and me panicking in late January 2016 I would be effectively taking a paycut AND still have to pay over $29,000 to the IRS and over $17,000 to the State of MA. Turning to Victory turned into a late Christmas present to myself. The lock-in letter was quickly handled days before it would have kicked in by Carrie at VTS. She got the IRS to set it aside while I became compliant. Also with help of Matt and great tax prep by Chris, several amended state and Federal returns, all unfiled returns were filed and the total IRS balance reduced to about 10,500 and the state to zero (actually due a refund from state). I now have a very manageable payment plan and can see the end in sight in months not years. Do yourself and your family a favor and engage VTS to handle the daunting tax authorities. Victory saw me through an ordeal I could never have managed on my own. Even a year and a half later after signing up they are right with me.

terrible customer service! I paid $1500 up front over a year ago. they followed that up with an aggressive scare tactic to get another $3300 from me in April with 0 results. They were supposed to get a payment plan set up and it wasn't done and the only way I found out about it was contacting the IRS personally. Spoke with the owner about a refund for my $3300 and he said he has to get with consul. How can the owner not make a decision about doing the right thing and refunding my money???

VTS made me feel really comfortable with the process. Associate Shannon Munroe was awesome from start to finish. She explained everything as clear as possible, answered all my questions and called when she said she would. The other associates were just as helpful.. The experience was just top notch. Just want to give my appreciation to the Victory Tax Solution team for their excellent handeling of my dilemma concerning my 2012-2016 taxes.

I had gone through a divorce in 2011 and subsequently, with all the turmoil of the happenings, inadvertently filled out my tax form for 2012 incorrectly. I went through an IRS audit which was a tad bit pricey. While dealing with the 2012 debauchle, I had fallen behind on the next years' filings.
