Claire at Victoria Linen Co and other staff are the pinnacle to deliver a great service !
Claire at Victoria Linen Co and others are excellent staff, very helpful and friendly! We ordered a complete made to measure set for our super king size four poster bed. My wife is very particular about quality and style and she is extremely pleased with what got. It is not always she gives full credit as a hard to please person! We both highly recommend Victoria Linen for superior quality and value for money ! Why look elsewhere when you know you can place your trust and faith in Victoria Linen !

Please be careful.....
Please be careful if ordering from this company and take care to read the small print. They refused to exchange 4 sheets when they didn’t fit my fathers profile bed, this was in spite of them confirming over the telephone they were the correct size. They refused to give a refund claiming they were custom made -an important fact I had apparently failed to spot when I read the item description on their website. I still do not believe an item should be classified as bespoke when an identical product could be purchased by others simply by selecting it from the website without giving specific measurements. Instead they advised me to pay extra to have the sheets made smaller or purchase the correct size sheets for an additional £120 (leaving me with 4 sheets which we couldn’t use). Eventually Paypal stepped in and agreed I had been unfairly treated and refunded me the original cost. I still feel upset by Victoria Linens attitude and personally would not wish to liaise or have any contact with them again - a real shame when the quality of the sheets was actually very good.

Svar från Victoria Linen Co
Many thanks for your comments. As discussed in our correspondence we had no way of knowing the size you fathers bed when you purchased. Also we do state clearly in our terms & conditions that bespoke size bedding is made to order and to check your bed size. Because the original size your ordered was very bespoke we were unable to accept your sheets as a return. However we did remake your bedding in the correct size at a 66% discount of the RRP's.
Great company to deal with
Really good quality pillow top delivered just outside the original 3 week estimation, but very pleased with the quality of workmanship. They're not quick, but are upfront about this, as these Emperor size products are made offsite.
