Very unprofessional service!
I ordered a helmet from Vicky.in. First they said that the colour I had asked for was not available. And they wanted to send a list of helmets of the same colour. I was surprised by this reply, because they should have actually asked for a different colour of my preference in the same model.
So, I replied them saying that I want the same model, but any colour would do.
But, when I finally got the item, it was of a different model and different colour. (And was Rs. 100 cheaper. They have promised me that they would refund Rs. 100 to my account. And I am waiting for 5 days now).
I have given the real experience of mine. You can decide whether to order from Vicky.in. or not.
