HAD TO PAY SHIPPING COST TO RETURN A SHIRT THAT HAD THE WORNG EMBLEM. THE COST WAS $31.70 AND THE SHIRT WAS $38.52.
I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR RETURN POLICIES.

I ordered a Fathers Day gift on the 10th of June, it's now the 21st of June and still has yet to be shipped. I gave them an extra star because they replied to my 2nd request for an order update which they said they would let me know when it is shipped. Don't bother spending the extra dough on priority shipping. If you have month to wait, order away. Just remember, this place is on Island Time, Big Time.

Very poor communication and customer service I ordered dog tags and it really takes a long time to for them to get orders out to the customer

Have ordered from Vetfriends several times and they are a great company for Veterans for merchandise and reconnecting with old friends from the Military. I strongly suggest giving them a try.

Ordered a jacket almost a 3 weeks ago. I sent an email asking the status of my order and was told they had two employees quit and only one working shipping. Not my problem. If you are going to continue to advertise over social media and can't promptly fill people's orders, you need to stop advertising and just sell locally. Seems to be a very poorly managed company!

Order to set a dog tags they missed a number three out of four not so bad sent replacement tags AOK

I thought the quality of the shirt was very poor, You should improve the quality of the fabric and the design, make the sleeves longer so they go down the arm further, when I tried it on it looked like it was made for a woman.
However the return policy is great.

Received my shirt today. The shirt itself was definitely a 5-star shirt however for the price I would have expected a better quality logo than what was presented. I have gotten polo shirts with the submarine dolphins on them for half the price with the dolphins embroidered on the shirt so they would never fade with cleaning. This appears to be something like a silk-screen print - very cheap looking for such a nice shirt.

I am a 30 year navy vet and have bought several of these so called original wool watch caps on line from different agencies and have yet to receive the original issued item of the original quality,

Hat I ordered was not the color or quality I expected. Looks like a site that's name is Vet friends would sale to the Vets for a better price. Have bought as good of quality hat for 10 dollars or less, not 25 or more.

This are high quality hats VetFriend is the best however I’m a little disappointed cuz I order a twice an army veteran hat “We Hold The Cards in yellow letters and the 5 cards Royal Flush on the front right hand corner”
I was informed that they didn’t have those in stock and I was reimburse but they didn’t remove the hat so I ordered for the 2nd time to my luck they do not have the hat on stuck, I spoke to customer service but they don’t know when is going to be back on stuck so I’m very disappointed and not planning on ordering from them until they have this hat back on the shell (stuck.) and I still waiting for the reimbursement for the 2nd order.

I only noticed and which made my decision NOT to buy this hat was the wording of "I" paid for it... My feelings are it should read "WE"paid for it...

Color was dark green not olive as in Vietnam color

Hi got my order in good time and i am very happy with the shirts. They did forget my aviator glasses, but I have received them. I would recommend your site for purchases. Great Job

Trustworthy and timely. Good quality products.

My order arrived promptly and was good quality, as-adverised. However, since my order, VetFriends has been flooding my email IN BOX with a continuous stream of "special" offers -- sometimes 3 or 4 emails a day! I find this excessive and more than a little irritating. It seems I am considered more of a potential revenue source for VetFriends, than as a valued person who served in the military for this great country.
