ordered a round barrel table. it arrived damaged. the legs couldn't be put on because the holes were too big, so was left without a table for two weeks. A driver turned up asking for the table so i gave back the box. it turns out I sent it to the wrong company instead of a chandelier. My fault. I got a call saying they were coming Saturday between 11-1 and at 6pm the driver called to say his van broke. Didn't bother calling earlier so i wasn't stuck at home. so wasted my Saturday. They came again with a new table demanding the old one back. when i told them i had sent it back they refused to let me keep the new table even though i offered to pay there and then for the new table. Unreasonable people, very unprofessional bad customer service.

I ordered goods but on receipt they were not quite what I had in mind for the space. I contacted the company and I have to say that their after sales and returns process was the easiest I have encountered. Emails exchanged, goods picked up (no cost to me) and refund all processed in just over two weeks. Would recommend no question!!

Really quick delivery and very good communication. Love my desk. Perfect addition to my bedroom.

Sent a product that was clearly not what I ordered. Damaged packaging, damaged product, no branding, creased and marked. Either they were being duped by their supplier or they thought they could dupe me. I had to go out of my way to return their faulty product and 14 day return of finances - despite transactions being completed immediately. Dont use

Do not waste your money with this company. Poor quality. Won't reply to emails.or phone calls. Won't do anything other than ignore you. 🤠🤠🤠🤠. Trying to recover my money through PayPal.

Ordered 2 lots of furniture that never arrived. Emailed them and no reply. Ended up opening a paypal case to get my money back. Wouldn't go near this company again

Ordered a clock which when arrived didn't work. Contacted customer service and in the process of exchanging.

Wouldn’t even give this one star... ordered a table and chairs to have it delivered and it was just a table. Not worth the money at all. Wanted to return but the charge was 60 pounds on top of the 30 pound delivery charge. Opened it to build as I bought my own chairs from somewhere else and the table is covered in scratches. Put me off ever ordering online again....

I ordered a mango wood tv unit on Sunday evening. It was delivered on Thursday.

I'd read the negative review below about delivery taking ages and was willing to take the risk as the price was so good. I expected delivery might have been after Christmas as we're up north. Glad I took a chance!

I had a call from the company and the delivery driver to confirm I was in for the delivery on Thursday. The unit is just as expected, top quality and well packaged.

I ordered aspen computer desk on 6th June and product was delivered on 11th June and also got call from the delivery company to arrange the delivery according my convienence.Great products and now I bought another media unit.

We ordered a bookcase from Verty Furniture online that looked great on their website but the one delivered looked like a much darker and inferior imitation. The company agreed to refund but to charge £70 for collection on top of the original £30 delivery charge. For a bookcase costing around £400 and does not look as described this was a high cost to accept so we took the claim to Paypal (I should add they were also charging us extra as we did not have the packaging but they did not leave us the packaging on delivery). Since then the company is refusing to speak with us or pick up the item. We are surprised that Paypal deals with this company. Save yourselves the trouble and avoid.
