Patience and Professionalism
This particular property sale had many challenges due to the buyer not understanding the process, and not taking advantage of recommendations provided by experts. However, throughout the process Kushada kept me in the loop via email and telephone conversations.

I used Versus Law for both my buying…
I used Versus Law for both my buying and selling conveyancing needs.
I was assigned a conveyancer - Kushada Ganegama at Versus Law, who dealt with both transactions.
Kushada was brilliant in communicating both with me and the estate agent and the other solicitors.
She would always respond to my emails very quickly and she pushed to get my transaction completed despite a tight schedule for information.
She was great. Would highly recommend people to use Kushada for their conveyancing needs.

Success on Possession work
We instructed Versus Law on possession work for our tenanted property. My Mum and Dad had passed away and we needed the tenant to vacate the property so we could pay out all the beneficiaries Semera Bibi was our solicitor and was successful in removing our tenant who owed backdated rent and refused to move out.
Semera acted with compassion and helped us along the way.
I would recommend this law firm.
