Where the "EFF" is customer service?!

The program is great. When I exported it into a PDF file, you can't see the graphs because it's cut off. You can't see the numbers because it's cut off. I spent hours working on this business plan just for it to be a half-assed download?! Then trying to get a hold of support is another situation. Where the F is everybody?! Where's the support chat? Where's the support number? Where's the support, period?!

The charts and graphs added a level of polish to my indie game development plan that really captured my vision.

I am writing to inform you that I have posted a review of your service on several consumer review websites. I have done this after several days of not receiving a response from your company regarding the issues I have been experiencing with your app.

As a paying customer, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and respect I have received from your company. I have lost several business plans from your app and have made several requests for assistance to resolve these issues, but I have not received any response.

I am shocked by the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by your company. I will be sure to share my experience with others so that they can make an informed decision about whether or not to use your services.

I'm a web developer and I must say this is the worst service I've come across regarding customer service. After several emails to support requesting assistance to no avail. I'm disgusted by this service.
