Staff were courteous and responsive but reactive. I had four minor snags - first thought quality checks would have picked up two or three of them - three have been resolved waiting on fourth to be resolved - reason for my score I have had to chase up - I was not kept updated of progress - when you spend 10s of thousands on a vehicle I don’t expect to have to chase up on problems - to be fair the vehicle is great and what I hoped for although I did have to wait

Excellent from all the staff they help you out and they go that extra mile we was looking for an auwning and with a couple of days we received a call they had a second hand one and as they offered it to us we made our purchase well done team

The sales side was a bit hit and miss not enough time on the hand over and some things missed out on the service side very helpful nothing to much trouble

Why would you pay more or go anywhere else? Redline conversions are top quality at a competitive price, you would pay a lot more if you bought direct from VW and through Redline you can make your Campervan as individual as you like, everyone is unique. Having shopped around I don’t think you will find a better conversion company for top notch service and value for your money. It’s early days but we are very happy and couldn’t ask for more

Visited Venture to view a new caravan. All staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent and the resulting purchase went through very smoothly. The handover video was very well delivered and is an excellent way of doing a handover, I think it should be kept post Covid as you can revisit it.

We visited a lot of company's on our quest to find our second home. Some of which were terrible until we discovered venture. From start to finish we recieved great customer service. The company as a whole were very professional which made buying a caravan very easy and stress free. The you tube videos was a great touch. As a first time buyer of a caravan I thought that a little bit more information would have been helpful on what things are included and not included is the sale of our second home. Would certainly not think twice about buying another caravan from venture.

A superb service! We only went to Venture Caravans to "look" but received good advice and were treated very professionally. No "pushy" approach and Ben showed a lot of patience in dealing with our many questions. We have purchased a new caravan and are very happy with it and with the excellent service we received at handover. The set-up video sent to us is a brilliant idea!

I just purchased our first VW camper from Venture Caravans. I had no idea what to look for in a camper and Ben was very informative and managed to source the ideal vehicle. Would definitely recommend them.
