Parcel has never been delivered, nobody answers the phone, nobody replies to whats up messages although it was designed as the communication channel, chat doesn’t solve the issue...scam company

Good HVAC Supplier
Have used a few times for my HVAC company, prices competitive, good selection of products no issues with delivery etc. Only gripe would be delivery charges, worked out at approx. 28% on a £30 order.

I knew i wanted some ventilation
I knew i wanted some ventilation, just not what i wanted/needed exactly.
Having the ability to whatsapp and get some good advice really helped.
Also, I missed a digit of the postcode from the delivery address.
I think a combination of me requesting i pickup locally (ish), plus a chat with Ventilation land, resulted in delivery to my home address. Result.
Would defo recommend Ventilation Land.
Oh and did I mention, there prices are great (not sure why shipping from Netherlands makes it cheaper, but I'm not grumbling)

I have ordered an item which arrived in more than 5 days. Since it was too late, we needed to go around to find it in a local shop.
Once we received the parcel, it was also damaged.
I have contacted them multiple times; no reply at all!
Cannot recommend!

Terrible customer service and dont ship orders, dont trust
When my order was delivered they requested import charges to be paid. I refused the delivery and they said they would sort out the charges and get it redelivered. A week later and after much chasing we still havent received our order. Customer Service doesnt seem to care and ignores messages. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Thank you for your review. We have been in touch with you this morning to confirm that the order is now being returned to us and that a full refund has been raised.
We are very sorry for the frustration this has caused. We did everything within our power to resolve the issue with DPD and to have the parcel redelivered, but unfortunately they were unable to resolve the import charge issue in time. This was outside of our direct control.
We appreciate your patience throughout and apologise again for the experience.

Great price
Bought a VentAxia MEV from them, it’s a Euro spec and Euro plug unit but works just fine, order arrived 4 days after order shipped from NL, everything is fine and the item is a lot cheaper than buying an almost identical one in the UK.
