extractor ducting and sealing tape.…

I ordered some extractor ducting and it arrived in very good condition and sooner than I thought.
I've installed my cooker extractor hood and am very pleased.
The sealing tape I ordered from ventilation land is also very good, so all in all I'm very happy.

Cool vents!

Great range, and good prices, but note that this is a Dutch company and not a UK one so delivery does take a day or two longer

This company is an absolute joke

This company is an absolute joke. 3 failed attempts at delivery. First delivery looked like it had been thrown from a plane at height. Second they couldn't even be bothered to write the address on the box. They put the postcode, road name and sent and empty box. Do not believe that this is a uk company as it's based in the Netherlands. Customer service is diabolical, phone line does not connect and is a number in the Netherlands. Online chat and email is like speaking to an AI robot with automated responses. They are unwilling to provide evidence of packaging and shipment details from their end. Makes me believe they are just a third party buyer and do not have any control over shipments or packaging. I have waiting 7 weeks for my order and still nothing all they offer is money back or me to provide a new order of what they should resend. I have asked numerous times why they cannot provide any records of what they resent and what I did not receive. If they cannot provide me with photos then this proves that they do not send packages as a business. They are just an online business acting as a third party buyer scamming people out of their time and money.

I do apologize firstly for the failed shipment attempt which was return backed to us. Even though we created a new shipment as soon as we found out it was being returned, unfortunately there was a product low in stock.

We have now removed that product from the new shipment and it will be dispatched.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Ordered and paid, but nothing ever arrived. Non existant customer services. Try and call their "phone number" before ordering, you will see, impossible to speak to a human. See other reviews, lots of consistent stories about this. Would strongly recommend avoiding.
