Ordered a pair of women's orthopaedic trainers but what I received were a pair of plastic rubbish with a toxic smell that would knock you out with the smell whitch took 4 weeks to deliver and came wrapped in a bit of plastic bag relized to late was a scam site

Don't do it! Do not click 'pay now'. Absolute scam of a company.

First of all they say they're based in the Netherlands. They're not, they're in China. Ordered shoes. It was 3 weeks before there was any tracking available. When they eventually arrived, they're not in a shoe box. They're wrapped in a plastic envelope and loads of tape. The shoes were battered and completely out of shape.

But the best bit. Ordered an eu38 (size 5). I think they accidentally sent me a clowns order because they're at least a 41 if not 42. Although the shoe size printed on the bottom says 38.

And because they send them from China, it costs nearly as much as the shoes cost to send them back.

I'm an idiot for falling for it. If you google their name there are a number of websites with similar names and all the photos look the same. Definitely ai generated.

Ignore the 5* reviews from Irish people claiming their order arrived in a week 🤣 Interesting all of them have only 1 review....

Update: I don't know why I'm surprised, but Revolut sided with this absolute scam of a company. Shoes wrapped in a envelope and tape, sent from China when their site says The Netherlands. Package absolutely battered and to top it all off, at least 3 sizes too big if not more - even though marked EU38 on the sole. I really wish I could post the images here.

If you don't want to throw your money down the drain, DO NOT ORDER from this fraud of a company.

I'm a fool for falling for their ai generated site, I don't want anyone else to do the same.

Ordered my graduation dress on 19th of april. Needed it for 21st of May. Emailed numerous times, no response. They gave me no tracking number. After TWENTY emails and 3 and a half weeks later, finally got a half arsed apology only because i threatened to take legal action. Still no tracking number, and just waffling in the emails with no actual details concerning my parcels location. Finally got a tracking number and turns out it has only been shipped now. AFTER NEARLY A MONTH. If i didn’t consistently email them and threaten to take legal action, i doubt it would have ever been shipped. They have awful communication, customer service is appalling, let alone my dress not being shipped a month later. DO NOT order from this website, it has been an awful experience and i am surprised they even shipped it. So much unnecessary stress added to my life when i have my leaving cert in a few weeks. This company is a scam. I doubt i will even have my dress for my graduation due to their laziness

Seems like a scam website. Ordered a pair of shoes over a week ago and heard nothing since. On a closer look at the website, the images are AI-generated. Emailed last week looking for an update, no response yet. Stay away.

I highly regret purchasing from this shop. I ordered size 41 shoes and was sent size 43. The items do not match the online description at all—they are low quality and missing the described cushioned removable footbeds. Finding their Terms & Conditions is unnecessarily difficult as they force you to log in first.
Although I requested a return on the exact day of delivery due to receiving the wrong, subpar item, customer service ignored their advertised "30-day money-back guarantee." Instead of issuing a prepaid label or full refund for their error, they tried to negotiate me down with a 20% refund offer, followed by a 60% offer when I pushed back. I have posted the shoes back to the Dublin return address on the package and am still waiting for my refund. I will never buy from here again.

Update : Order returned and still waiting for my refund. No response from the seller, no refund. This is a scam.

Dress arrived rolled in a ball. not like the photo on the site. wanted to return but cost off postage to AISA was too much, it wasn't worth it. Never again.

Delivery to Ireland was smooth and I received my package within a week. Packaging was simple but everything arrived in good condition.

The sweater looks really nice and feels good quality. Shipping took a few days longer than expected but nothing too bad.

Really happy with my order from Veluaro. The cardigan I got is super soft and fits nicely. Delivery took about a week but it was worth it.
