VELTUFF® Real Workwear Omdömen 400

Years ago Veltuff was somewhat okay. Deliveries would usually be with you within a week. However the last few years have been atrocious. Not so long ago they said they were changing their warehouse/ moving. After we had to chase for a delivery date after 4 weeks and no delivery. Their customer service at this point was terrible. We started using stronghold as a second option for workwear and they have been great. There is one particular item I like on Veltuff and ordered from them recently, the delivery was fairly quick and so I ordered again from them. Thinking they had resolved all of their issues as it has been over a year since the last experience. Same thing happened, I ordered uniform 4 weeks ago. No mention of delays with delivery. 3 times I have emailed to ask where our delivery is and I only received an email Friday last week to say they are doing some changes with their warehouse and orders are delayed for up to 6 weeks. I have not had anyone contact me when I placed the ordered to say that was the situation and do I mind waiting, and it’s took me 3 emails to get a response from them. If they are doing something with their warehouse again then they should have planned for it, given the state they had last time. I now have new staff without uniform. Terrible communications and honestly not a great variety of uniform.

Good quality, shirts and coats fit well.
Trousers are at least two sizes too small.

Very poor so far, no feedback on order at all until I complained about shop.app seemingly being the only interface for tracking. Only then did they send me a tracking number which was for an order that it turns out was going to be delivered that day - I hadn't had a dispatch notification!
Shoes arrive and they are horribly uncomfortable, the toe box is extremely shallow and instantly presses down on my foot.
Follow the returns process on their website, because they've not updated the order status from "Confirmed" there's no return item option. Zero response to an email requesting support on this issue.
Terrible experience up to now.

Købte arbejdstøj i Vallensbæk, og fik stort firmalogo på ryggen.
De blev, efter 2 vask, meget grimme.

Uden tøven ombyttede de bare tøjet, og fik det uden det store logo.

Virkelig super service og altid et smil når man kommer. 🙏🏼😁😊

One of the worst companies for returns and sizing just be very careful when buying from this company

I brought a jacket it said it was in stock its taken me to call them for them to tell me two weeks later to tell me its not in stock they held on to money making interest for 14 days dont use them realy disappointed itvwas a present

Dårligste kvalitet af arbejdstøj jeg nogensinde har fået.

Har fået vinterpakken, med jakke, støvler, fleece,hjelm osv.

Alt er vildt dårligt lavet! Billigste produktion.

Intet af tøjet er varmt, sålerne i støvlerne er tynde og de er kolde og dårlige og gå i.
Bukserne er syet dumt flere steder og passer ikke ergonomisk.
Bukserne er ikke åndbare.

Vinterjakken er lavet af plastik og fugt og sved fanges inde i jakken, som hurtigt bliver våd når man arbejder!
Den fleece der er inde i jakken, er helt vand/lufttæt på kroppen også plastik.
Ikke til at puste igennem..

Tøjet er fuldstændig ubrugeligt- det hele.

Både min makker og jeg fortryder ikke at have valgt et alternativ.

We still haven’t received our order . ?!

I’ve been trying to contact the company for a refund. Sent the item back and I can see that it has been received. I’ve contacted their customer service team twice now and no one has responded, not sure if the email addresses listed on their website are even monitored. All I want is for someone to contact me to tell me when I will receive my money back!!!

Forsøgte i 2 måneder og få tilsendt en enkelt faktura og en kreditnota til min returnering, hvilket også tog alt for langt tid.. Får afvide hver gang i telefonen at de vil blive sendt til vores mail.

Får i stedet bare sendt reklame for mersalg.

I bought a pair of work trousers, the quality is GREAT, but they come in WAY too small, I consistently wear a 38" waist, but would recommend going a size or 2 UP with these pants.

Great stuff definitely recommended for work stuff

Great product however the sizes are small I had to order 3 sizes bigger than my size.
