The house at 14 Ladbroke Walk met all our expectations. No, it exceeded them. It is in an absolutely quiet location and yet within walking distance of two underground stations. It is tastefully furnished. The communication with the host, as well as handing over and dropping off the house was exemplary. We will come back to this house on our next visit to London.

Posizione ottima. 5 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana (Angel station). Fermata dell'autobus di fronte all'edificio, comodissima per andare in centro e in altre zone turistiche. Panorama dalla sala e dalla cucina molto gradevole (parchetto con scoiattoli, abbiamo visto anche una volpe!). Letti puliti e confortevoli. Computer fornito con l'appartamento molto comodo per fare prenotazioni nei musei e nelle altre attrazioni turistiche (london eye, etc). Quartiere tranquillo e piacevole. Condominio silenzioso. Negozio di alimentari a 5 minuti a piedi. Strada con pub e ristoranti a 5 minuti a piedi. Cortesia delle persone che gestiscono l'appartamento.

Per quanto abbiamo pagato ci aspettavamo di più (I soldi che abbiamo pagato non avevano difetti, pertanto anche l'appartamento non dovrebbe averne). Non pretendevamo la luna, solo quanto proposto e presentato con foto e descrizioni. I difetti che abbiamo riscontrato sono questi. Moquette un po' macchiata. Pavimento in cucina sconnesso. Alcune prese elettriche non funzionanti. Aloni di umidità in alcune pareti in cucina. Luce all'ingresso non funzionante. Scarico della lavatrice che fa salire l'acqua di scarico dentro al lavandino della cucina. L'aspetto generale dell'appartamento è più trasandato di quanto appare nelle foto, inoltre le foto su booking.com sono fatte probabilmente con un obiettivo grandangolare che conferisce più profondità di quella reale. Nelle camere, gli armadi per i vestiti sono occupati per più della metà da indumenti dei proprietari dell'appartamento; questo obbliga a tenere parte degli indumenti in valigia e a tenere le valigie in giro per la stanza (quando si paga per un appartamento ci si aspetta di trovare armadi vuoti).

We were happy to be at home away from home and any issues that came up, was dealt with efficiently.

This apartment is closed to a few metro lines making it very convenient to travel around Paris. The apartment itself it’s not big, however there was enough room for all 4 of us. Bedding is very comfortable. There is a supermarket on the ground floor and a bakery just around the corner for your morning croissants/baguettes. All in all an awesome stay!

After booking our house in London, Veeve communicated the necessary details within a couple of days. The process for document signing was quick and easy. They were quick to respond when I had questions about transportation. They set up an early check in and were at the property when we arrived with a walk through and instructions. When we called that a hairdryer could not be located, they had a new one delivered within hours. The property was very clean and had all the supplies we needed (soaps, toilet paper, dishwasher soap etc) . Veeve representatives were friendly. Checkout process was very easy. We were not asked to clean up prior as many other rentals do (although I did clean, took out garbage, cleaned and put away dishes, swept floors, etc.) My only suggestion would be to have a print out in a binder with the owner's instructions, recommendations. The PowerPoint slide presentation was very inconvenient, especially if you don't have the software. Also, it would be nice to have had a place to comment/communicate with the owners - suggestions, etc, positive comments.

We got exactly what the advertisment said. Apt was well lit, roomy, clean, well equiped, good location comfy beds. Company was in good and responsive communication with us. Small fixes were addressed within 24 hours. We will be happy to return.

The apartment is in an amazing location - near Luxembourg Gardens, easy walk to St. Germain, and an amazing market outside the door 3 days/week. Inside the apartment is large, comfortable, quiet, and homey. The air conditioning was very welcome on hot August nights! Loved everything about it.

We stayed in Paris in an apartment run by Veeve. Remote assistance was always fast and effective. We did not encounter any problems. We are very satisfied with the service provided.

Veeve was awesome, helped our family our in multiple instances, cleared our houses drains that were not draining, pre warned us that the metro from CDG was going to be down so we had an efficient trip from the airport to our flat. found stuff we left behind when we left and got it to us ASAP.
would highly recommend using this company again.

Good house, good welcoming

The company is very helpful. They welcomed us in the late evening and gave us the information cleary.

The vacation house was perfect for families. I loved the area it has a very nice and big park you may go by walking and the is also sainsbury market near pizza restaurant which you can go by walking for 10 minutes . About the house there is very nice kitchen which has everything you need (even specific things such as spice) The garden has a glass door which lead to a beautiful back yard that has a nice flowers and a fig tree. Also there is laundry, drier and dishwasher. The rooms are warm and the beds are comfortable. The living room is nice and cozy it has a fire place ( we didn’t use in August ) but the most important thing the TV was a smart TV . The house in general was nice and the neighborhood seemed quite and safe. ( note: it’s a three floors with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms)

The flat was homely and well kitted out. Unfortunately the bathroom smelled and did not feel clean. We had it cleaned again but the smell returned shortly thereafter. Shame as otherwise it was a great stay.

It was a great space for 5 people. The apartment was as described and it’s tastefully decorated.

Tot el que volíem i el que ens van oferir es va complir, aquesta es la raó perqué estem contents amb Veeve.

We really loved the apartment. It was definitely the experience we were looking for being a classic Parisian apartment and the location perfect to all the sites. The apartment gave us the option to cook as well if we wanted to. There was definitely no need for a car.
