worst wax i’ve ever dealt with, doesn’t even work, got out max 2 hairs after waiting for 5 minutes for it to dry. followed instructions (which were completely incomprehensible and not detailed, also in the stupidest position of INSIDE THE BOX) and this useless product still did not work.

Veet Hair removal cream is AWFUL do not buy. I used under arm and left for 5 mins as advised and it has burned off a layer of my skin (I wish I was joking)

Absolutely rubbish!! Bought Veet men's removal cream for son who usually shaves. specifically picked him up this bottle thinking the Men's range would work better as Men's hairs are different to women's. Tried on longer body/leg hairs and prickly hairs and does NOT remove hairs.....at ALL! ridiculous!! Did test patch before using which didn't do anything. All over cover made his legs all red/purple and blotched. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! wasted £13 on this bottle to not work and rash my son up! ended up chucking it in the bin seeing as their customer complaints is non existant!!

I have always loved veet. last year I discovered the wax stripes for upper lip. gave it a go, worked so well. kept using it. it would be red after but that is expected so would use vaseline to calm it down, and it worked. then a couple of nights ago I decided to wax again. I did everything I always do, everything that the instructions say to do. got rid of the hairs, applied Vaseline and went to sleep. I woke up the next morning, I felt my upper lip and mouth area all swollen and stinging. looked in the mirror too see my whole mouth area was red, swollen, blood shot lips and I panicked. I went straight to apply ice, it stung so much. its progressively got worse, its so obvious, I feel so self conscious and all I wanted to do was get rid of some hairs! ive used aloe vera, the only thing seeming to help. the burn is slowly beginning to scab but it is to the point now where I cant talk without it stretching my skin, I cant eat, its so painful. im fuming. do not use this product even though it says for sensitive skin. it is a lie!!!

Waardeloze wax strips!! Ik hield onstekingen en binnen bloeding onder de huid aan over. Het bedrijf zegt dat het door gebruik komt, het is een onzin, het komt door de chemische materiaal wat op de waxstrips aangebracht staat!!! Denk goed voordat je dit product overweegt te gebruiken als je gezondheid belangrijker is voor je zelf!!!! Voor dit bedrijf is omzet
belangrijk dan gezondheid van een mens!!

I used Veet wax strips for face and it burnt my skin completely. It says for sensitive skin and it's such a lie. It should be banned and to be honest I had the same experience with all Reckitt products. This company avoids taking responsibility for their actions and definitely should be out of the market.

I purchased the Veet sensitive hair removal cream to my bikini area, as it syates in the tube, and left it in for 2 minutes as it also states on the instructions, no burning feeling at all until removal of the cream with the spatula that comes with. Oh my gosh the burn i have is unreal! This stuff should be banned and taken off the shelf! Do not purchase

I bought Veet cream from superdrug and found thin plastic pieces in the cream
Which is absolutely not acceptable.

Veet face wax strips has left my face bruised and badly grazed.

Not only is it useless but it is unsafe to use.

Il est clair qu'aux vues des rares réponses évasives que j'ai reçues, VEET n'a qu'un seul but, c'est de décourager des personnes ayant eu des problèmes
avec ses produits en misant sur le temps pour que les gens se lasse ;sans assumer ses responsabilités. Ces méthodes sont sont critiquables. Est-ce responsable de la part d'une société de cette importance ?
Depuis 6 mois, à cause de VEET, je dois reprendre des séances de kiné.
Mon opération a été repoussée de 6 mois, par la faute d'un produit VEET, et cette marque ne prend pas ses responsabilités; elle fait la sourde oreille.

I wouldn’t have given any stars. Fuming is an understatement. I logged a complain over a month ago. The complaints process for Veet is a complete myth, it’s like finding a needle in a haystack. My case was closed and received an email that someone would get back to me. That hasn’t happened & the fact the complaints process is diabolical, leads me to believe Veet is not confident in their product. I purchased the Veet item a month ago. Inside the cream was Sharp shards of plastic, each time I squeezed out the hair remover, i I saw more shards. This item needs to be taken off the shelf. It’s sharp & dangerous

I used the sensitive Veet cream on my underarms and I timed the three minutes as stated on the product. It was sore when I was using it but not really painful. Once I’d washed the product off I have been left with second degree burns on my underarms which has required antibiotics and a steroid cream to prevent serious infection and to help healing. Would NOT recommend and will be submitting a formal complaint.

I have never experienced such a feeling on my skin before. I used veet wax strip with easy gel for sensitive skin. This is an absolutely disgusting product ‼️ I spent 2 hours trying to remove the glue from my armpit. My skin is completely damaged. Beauty and professionalism are missing from this product. There are no online addresses work close to the customers. Never take Veet. Your health will suffer 😢

Purchased the veet dermaplaning kit with a set of replacement heads. Out of the blue and within only a few months they stopped manufacturing the replacement heads. But you can still buy the full kit, you just have to buy another full kit once the heads need replacing. Dishonest, manipulative and wasteful. Now my kit will have to go in the bin.

I have used the pink Veet cold wax strips it was good but when I used the blue one it was totally a waste of money & time as it doesn't remove hair but stick on your body itself😑.

I'm afraid this product is simply useless. Veet,while still selling this item, no longer make the replacement blades thus rendering it defunct. Extremely disappointing.

I got this it was very good and it got rid of all my stinky body oder arm pit hairs they aren't itchy or stinky any more and I'm very happy

J'ai utilisé des bandes de cires Easy gel, l'expérience n'a pas été concluante.
Le tour des bandes est trop étroit, et donc les doigts se collent à la cire, vos doigts deviennent à leur tour collants et donc l'utilisation est très fastidieuse et désagréable.
L'efficacité de l'arrachage des poils n'est pas non plus optimale.
Je prends le temps de contacter le service client 0169931950, et là clou du spectacle, plutôt que d'être à l'écoute, on veut vous prend pour une demeurée ...
J'avais l'habitude d'utiliser une autre marque, qui en plus est moins chère, et je n'avais vraiment pas ce genre de soucis.
Je vais retourner sans aucun regret à mes anciennes habitudes et, vu la plus que piètre qualité du service client, éviterais dorénavant les produits de la marque !!!

I used Easy gel wax stripes and the experience was most disappointing! The paper around the wax is far to narrow and then fingers get sticky with wax when taking the stripes off. Efficiency is very poor, as is the customers service. I rang them and got the feeling I was being treated as mentally diminished for not appreciating their product...I used to buy a cheaper brand, whiwh was more efficient,and will do so again. Never Veet again!
