Haven't heard from them since I got my order confirmation and my cc was charged. No expectation on delivery. I'm disputing the charge. Facebook shouldn't promote vendors like this. I feel duped.
I ordered one ring and bracelet. When I pressed go to check out it had me for two orders of ring and bracelet and charged my credit card I tried to edit it even cancel the order it wouldn't let me. I did receive two orders. I emailed them no response I am now out $200 plus. They are scammers. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Okay, am updating my review after finally tracking down my ring which was misdelivered. I like it, as it looks nice on my hand and appears to be nicer than folks have described. However, I’ve not noticed any difference at all in areas “promised” so am not ranking highly.
I ordered my ring, thinking it was US made. Found out after that it was shipped from China. It took a few weeks and finally got notice that it was out for delivery (Yun Express). Last night at 9pm, I got notice it had been delivered. Problem was, it was apparently delivered to someone else! No package anywhere and I went outside immediately. Not way to contact tracker and sent notice to Vayro. We’ll see if they respond!
Took over a month to get a refund and a partial one at that. Was told I would have to pay $40 in order to return it and was only given a 30% refund for an item that definitely did not work !!! Bad customer service and defective product . Don’t waste your money or time !!!
When I clicked on look to discount second purchase at half price they immediately charged me for two rings. They had my credit card information and I could not stop it. They charge me for two rings instead of one with no discount not happy.
Total scam company & the ring does NOTHING!!! Hard to deal with & they will not issue you a full refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. VERY DISHONEST.
The ring is cheap looking, has already turned my finger green after wearing for about 5 hours, and you can buy one just like it for less than $10 on Amazon or at Wal-Mart. I contacted the company and they want to charge me $35 to return it to CHINA even though the website scroll across the top says "Designed in USA" and was shipped from Franklin Park, IL, it comes from China and is cheap like everything else they throw off on the US because we are trusting they are being truthful. Also ALL pictures on their website are American women, not one Chinese woman among any. They have that trick of the eye down. Offered me 20% refund if I keep it. Not even worth $10. I am still trying to get someone to contact me about returns.

Order #3762 I have asked for a refund repeatedly. First order, magnets fell out in a day or two. Was sent replacement order. Replacement order magnets fell out in 1 day. Was once again told they would send me a replacement order. I asked for a refund and they say until I receive the replacement order there is nothing I can do. I would NEVER involve myself with this company again.
I purchased 2 Vayro rings. They came and it didn’t look like the one in the ads. Thin cheap looking ring as I put it on the magnets fell out!! So I checked their website, no chance of any return or refund. What kind of company does that! They have to know it’s junk!
High quality clothing, nice customer service and great designs. The zippers go with every fit.
