Hi Anne,
Thank you for the review. It is valuable to us as it allows us to address quality control issues that affect the stock we buy from our suppliers. Sadly there are occasionally manufacturing defects which are not visible until the product is received by the customer. I will email you so we can rectify the issue for you and get details of the faulty batches so we can feed back

This company is amazing delivery is so fast. They are 5 stars.
I have just started on the neafs as I have just been diagnosed with mild emphasemia so have got to pack in and all the others like terea, heets etc have tobacco in but these don’t. At first the taste is awful but I read a review what said to get the machine warm before putting the stick in and it is great, I am just waiting to be seen at my first stop smoking session now. But to be honest with you I will never smoke again because of these. The first day I didn’t think I could use them because of the taste but put the machine on, get it heated up then put the stick in, me personally think it’s the best ever as I cannot smoke e cigs because they make me cough. Hope this helps.

Outstanding service and fast delivery The products are reasonably priced too. Always used to receive a much appreciated free gift of disposables I would never have dreamt of ordering - eg latte flavour which has since become my favourite. Sadly I haven’t had any freebies in recent orders 😩🤣

Hi Wendy ,
Thank you for the lovely review. We work hard to offer competitive prices on a wide range of products. When we can we put freebies in the orders. Sadly we can't do it all year round but a few times a year we like to give something back to our customers. We look forward to your continued custom.

Great company
Great company! Delivers with care and often earlier than the expected date. And they are the official distributor for an Italian device that I adore and thought I’d never found in the UK (Kiwi e-cigarette)
