BRILLIANT
BRILLIANT. The website has been down for improvement and I placed my order when it was back. They phoned me straight away to explain they were moving warehouse and didn't have access to my items. My order even came the next day !!! Offered alternatives at same price and a note on my account for future orders.
You can't ask for service any better than that. Other businesses should look to them on how to provide such service.

All round bang-average.
They run out of stock, they do not completely fulfil orders, and when you complain about it they do not respond to your complaints. At this moment they have not sent me £30 worth of my order - and they are not acknowledging my 3 or so messages I have sent them about it. They do not provide you with a delivery tracking code, unless you download a 3rd party app...which is pretty pathetic. Their '2 day delivery' actually takes a week if you're lucky. Their range of products is very limited - you can for example buy a vape pod starter kit with battery, but they do not stock the replacement pods for the battery. They are bang-average at best...there are many other better services who'll be happy to take your money.

What is this app that you need to download? Please send us details, both DPD and RM have websites you do not need to download to use to track orders

There was a delay in your order as it looks like it went missing in the DPD system which we are investigating.
This is why the 2 day delivery took longer than normal. However we are at the mercy of outside courier companies when it comes to deliveries and while 99% of the time they do meet their service standards , I can understand the frustration when your order becomes part of the 1% that experiences a delay which is why we awarded reward points to make up for the inconvenience not only for the original delay but for the missing items
I can only apologise for the misspick in the replacement order we sent out to you and our warehouse manager is investigating.
We have over 5000 SKUs so quite a wide range of products. If you can email details of which starter kit where this is an issue I will flag it up with our procurement team.
We do run out of stock on some of the more popular SKUs but we also have plenty of alternatives for customers to chose from

We just couldn't source the pods reliably anymore, our suppliers were constantly out of stock. We were therefore forced to stop selling them . We do sell other devices with a similar range of flavours to the Hexa. We have the Vuse , Blu 2.0 and Logic kits one of which might be a suitable replacement for the Hexa for you?

AMAZING PRODUCTS AT GREAT PRICES
Wanted to use the products and order a number of times before I actually gave a review. A very easy to navigate website with a great depth of products. Excellent customer service when needed and also after care service. The price points are very reasonable and the best I've tried in a long time. Also very prompt delivery and very quick to reply on emails.

Poor customer service
Order delivered on the 17th of August, emailed them as they had sent the wrong product, received email from them on the 19th of August stating they had to check their stock and will get back to me within 48 hours. I’ve sent two emails since and no reply. I’m guessing the “ignore the problem and hopefully it will go away” is the approach this company takes.

Apologies we've moved warehouses which has caused some issues andwe've also had some staff sickness and a flood so we've beenfacing a bit of a perfect storm wich has left us a back log for which we can only apolgise. We are working hard to resolve all the ssues but it is taking slightly longer than normal . As you can see from previous reviews this is not normal for Vapourcore. Please bear with us while we work hard to resolve the issues and clear backlog, We do not ignore issues, we've just falled slightly behind for which I can only apologise and I beleive we emailed you earlier to day with a resolution.

Order not delivered, extremely poor communication and customer service.
I really don't like giving anyone bad reviews, this is a difficult world and things happen that we may not be aware of. That said I have to call this out as Vapourcore have willingly taken my money and not delivered my order, communication is a wonderful thing and I've asked cs@vapourcore for updates twice now without any response. I ordered a box of Neafs £49.50 on the 18th August. I received an email 21st August informing me of a delay with the order due to a warehouse move, fair enough, though it would probably be better to advise this at point of order instead of taking customers money and waiting 3 days to tell them about the delay. On the 23rd August I sent an email back to ask for a delivery estimate as I was considering going elsewhere for the moment until Vapourcore had their warehouse sorted out. I haven't yet received a response to this email 6 days on.
On 26th August I received an email asking me for a review for my recent purchase?. By now I was a bit despondent given Vapourcore hadn't had the politeness to respond to my email of 23rd August. On 26th August I sent another email suggesting that they might be having a laugh with me or something, and asking them to resolve the issue. End of business day today and still no response. So I'm obliging by their request for a review. Maybe they might respond to this, who knows.
This was my first time using Vapourcore and quite possibly the last, let's see how they might look to resolve things. My guess is that they'll have a raft of excuses to offer and hang their integrity on a 500 point loyalty award to justify what is essentially extremely bad customer service.

Long dispatch time
6 days after ordering and I've still not received a notification that my items have been dispatched. I've already been in touch with the company and despite having an apology, I still have no notification of dispatch. Very disappointed. This was my first time to use them.
