Best litter by far for a multi cat household. Delivered quickly. Litter clumps incredibly well. A lot of my cats pee to the side of the litter tray but clump comes away either as a whole or breaks up but not into little pieces that then ruin the rest of the litter. Also doesn't have a slimy, sticky coating to it like some clumping litters. Moving all trays over to this litter slowly but cats are choosing the ones with VanCat in over the other trays.

I cannot express my appreciation of the level of service you offer. I work as a senior specialist in IT AND SYSTEM development and if my clients offered the same level as service as you then their customer would be exceptionally happy

Excellent cat litter . The best we’ve used . 4 cats and they all seem to have adjusted to using this . Great clumping .. love love the powder fresh one

Worst customer service ever. Non existent

My order arrived and the bag was split with 75% of its contents missing that had poured out the box. Send pictures to Van cat themselves to notify them of my damaged order but they didn't seem interested in the slightest and kept asking for pictures that i'd already sent. After going around in circles and them repeating themselves for half a day via email with no logical response to my problem i've now closed my account with them and no longer use their cat litter. Been a customer since they first started the business and i was shocked to be treated like a nobody. They lied to me several times and i have the emails to prove it. Useless company full of compulsive liars and inccompitence. Quite funny to see everybody else state how bad there customer service is, i knew i wouldn't be the only one having problems when their staff flat out refusing to listen to anything i've said.

I love e the litter and cat as well. However the customer service did let me down. I had an issue with them. An order was placed on my account + subscription automatically. I don't how this happened but I did prove them that I haven't been on the website and placed the order myself. My browser history show that. I receive am email one day that they received my order which I've never place! They insisted that I did the order and won't trust me. They did refund me but I had to pay for the delivery... I won't buy anymore because of that. Shame.

Great service! Exceptional from purchase to delivery. I only came to know about Vancat from the breeder I got my Ragdoll from and I’m really impressed with this company and the litter. I ordered it and received it in less than 48h (it could likely have been even quicker if I didn’t state on the order to do weekends delivery or evening delivery). I’m in awe and this will definitely be my go to!

Cannot fault the delivery but unfortunatley for me was disappointed in the effectiveness of the product verses another brand. Thought would give it a try on a recommendation ordered the scented which had no scent understood wouldn't be overly scented due to being in a litter tray but as my litter tray is enclosed expected to smell something other than cat urine am disappointed will be going back to Intersand which I personally find more effective at clumping and odour control.

Very happy with the product and so are my two cats.

It clumps really well, but the baby powder scent is very light and although I clean the tray multiple times a day, after 4 days I can smell the urine. And the granules are so small that they are all around the house. Not much better than a cheaper cat litter.

All service elements were great, the price was good, I liked how the litter clumped, it did clump very well which made scooping very easy. However unfortunately the odour control wasn’t there for me. I scoop twice a day and as soon as possible after each poop and with my usual brand I would replace little after around five days, but I found I needed to change after 2 days. If the odour control element was better it would have won me over. Sorry, I really wanted to be converted, but my being able to reduce the smell is the biggest buying factor to me personally.
