I got all my windows and doors replaced by Vale in 2023, the staff at Stockport were really helpful when I went to see them from planning what I needed, to ordering and supplying.
My mate who fits windows for a living fitted the products they supplied and he was pleased with the quality.
We did have an issue with the opener on the bathroom window, but this was rectified by Vale without any issues.
Would recommend the Stockprt branch, I will be buying from them again!

I bought last year from Vale Windows Mansfiel 10 triple glazing windows, 2 doors and 1 folding patio door for the whole house, I was very disappointed with the disgusting quality, the doors on a sunny day make a cracking sound when the plastic heats up, the glass panels have dirt from inside, the rubber gaskets come out, the fastening screws come loose, I don’t recommend it to anyone.
also installer K. replaced triple glazing panels that had moisture mist from inside and tightened the doors because they did not close without force

The window I ordered was damaged on delivery and the centre panel was missing . The company said they would replace the damaged sash and deliver the centre panel . This they did , however the centre panel was delivered the wrong colour so the window was white but the panel was cream . Vale sent a replacement however this again was delivered cream and not white .
I was told to send an invoice for my wasted time which I did , then Vale refused to pay .
Terrible company avoid at all costs , you can get heritage windows from other fabricators , I will never be using them again .

Rude staff told not to enter the office. Did not have a clue about all my orders. Had loads of different people asking me all different things at the same time. When leaving was given more sarcastic comments off a women who sits on the left as you go in. I hope she is the MDs wife speaking to customers like that. She even told me to go out and come back in when I remember Tom Clarke's surname.

Had problems with two doors they supplied due to them warping about 3cm each. Every time I try and speak to the person dealing with it, they go to find him and then he's not available. I leave my number but he never rings back and he is their sales director! Really poor service.
