I called looking for an air button for a 30 year old hydro bathtub. I'd shopped locally and gotten no help, My expectation was low. However, your inside sales person found exactly the correct part (I was exacting in terms of dimensions) which I purchased and installed. This saved me from having to replace the tub that in and of itself would have been difficult to duplicate. I appreciate your apparently vast catalogue of parts. But I sincerely appreciate the effort by your sales person to help me locate the correct part. Keep that guy; raise his pay.

Repair part arrived in time period stated. Since design of pump is "closed" construction, and disassembly is simple, the pump was up and running again within a short time after the new rotor was replaced. It's great to have hot water on hand (get it?) within seconds of turning the faucet on - even in freezing winter weather.

Took way too long for order to be shipped after order was made. I had to email and call a few times to get someone to ship the part.

Quick response to stock inquiry. Good pricing and shipping cost. Received order confirmation, but never received any type of shipping confirmation or tracking number. Attempted to contact twice about shipping before finally calling to confirm shipment. Shipment was made same day as order, but I was not notified. A simple email with a tracking number would have made this a 5-star review.

I had ordered a special part and when it arrived it was the wrong part and these guys were on it, they found the right part and shipped without any questions.

Great communication, respectful, thoughtful but parts are slow to ship. I WOULD recommend using them; just expect a shipping delay.

Correct parts, on time. The search feature for the on-line catalog could be easier to use, but full descriptions and specs are available once you get there.

excellent company great customer service I recieved my bath pump a few days after my puchase pump wound up being defective I contacted US Parts and within a few days they sent me another pump this one works great!
