Purchased the deodorant for my son, and it smells amazing. Really like that it comes in a solid consistency, as opposed to a liquid/cream roll-on, as it is less messy and doesn't get on his clothes. The only downside to my order is that it took a really long time to arrive...but I guess that happens when ordering a popular product.

My 2 Teenage boys use the shampoo and conditioner at the moment. Their hair smells beautiful. I've even tried it!!! Their hair is soft shiny and clean.p

Initial order took forever to arrive. I ordered pre Xmas and had to follow up to check that my order was even processed. Difficult and confusing website and unclear whether you have subscribed or purchased singularly. Difficult to cancel subscription and emails sent at 0300 in the morning. The products are fine - once you receive them but lack of transparency and difficult to navigate site and no communication regarding delayed delivery. I am underwhelmed and wish to cancel my subscription that I was unaware I had been signed up for - UGHHH!

My son is only 11 but I am happy to have him begin a simple, no fuss routine of body wash, hair care and deodorant.

The scent is… well, manly! Without being too strong. It’s also important to me that the deodorant has no aluminium in it.

Truly appalling customer service.
I ordered the “acne pack” for my son weeks before Christmas. A package finally arrived mid January, and only included some random samples, not the pack that I had actually paid for. The company is insisting that I ordered the samples despite the invoice that I have. I have now reported them to consumer affairs as they have not provided the product I paid for.

The product is great but I want to cancel my subscription and I would like a refund as money was taken out of my PayPal and order has not been delivered yet. There is no contact number on your website and there is no way of cancelling my subscription on your website and your customer service is ordinary or lacks contact with the customer.

These products have been great for our 11-year-old son. They last really well, so we needed to extend the time between subscriptions, and Manly responded quickly and adjusted it straight away. Amazing customer service. Bonus that he’s stopped using my expensive products and loves having his own! Smells great too!

Easy to use website. Products are outstanding( great smell). Customer service was very helpful and kept me in the loop about my order. Will definitely order again.

Use Manly has great products and excellent customer service. I bought the pack for my son for his birthday and at first he was really disappointed because he said he didn’t like this type of gift…but once he used the products his opinion changed. He particularly loves the shampoo and conditioner. I had a small problem around the purchase and received amazing customer service with great communication. Highly recommend these products

Product is excellent, delivery was also quick no fuss. Impressed with the communication very easy to deal with. Gaining acceptance from 2 autistic grandchildren was the challenge. It has taken months for full use of the products

My son has bad eczema flare-ups and this is the only body wash he can use that doesn't irritate his skin, but also has a nice smell.

Ordered 2 body wash, 2 head scrubbers, 1 body scrubber, and 2 deodorant sticks. Delivery was slower than expected, but it was ordered over the Christmas/New Year holidays. When everything arrived, one of the body wash caps had broken (either in packing or in transit), so I took photos and notified the company via email (which responded within a day and has committed to sending out a replacement). Body wash smells excellent, and foams up very nicely. Head scrubber works very well (and I recommend it!). Body scrubber was ok, though I would prefer something a bit more abrasive to remove dead skin better (personal preference). Deodorant sticks smell good (slightly citrus but not overpowering), but are very solid (and a bit difficult to apply as a result - would probably be best immediately after a shower, before you've dried off, I think).

Overall, happy with the customer service, and pretty happy with the products.

I ordered some products for my son just before Christmas as I had seen an ad on my socials. Considering the time of year, my parcel arrived within a decent time frame. It was packed well. He decided to try it the other day and actually doesn’t mind the smell and said it works good with getting rid of his body odors

I am so pleased with this product and am going to be purchasing more for my son he loves using it.
