Issue Resolved with Excellent Customer Service

I recently experienced an issue where I was charged for an order after being advised that my subscription had been cancelled. At the time, this was frustrating and caused unnecessary stress.

However, Callum personally reached out to me, apologised sincerely, and processed a full refund promptly. I really appreciate the way this was handled once it was brought to his attention.

Mistakes can happen, but good customer service makes all the difference. I’m very happy with the product itself and will happily order again in the future when we run out.

Tried to cancel and can't - big scam

Tried to cancel and can't. They keep sending more and more and billing my credit card. Emailed multiple times requesting cancellation and only get automated replies.
22/02/2026 Received an apology and confirmation of cancellation. However, this only came through AFTER we had lodged the initial review with Trustpilot. Nuf said.

I’m genuinely sorry to read this. I completely understand how upsetting and stressful it would feel to think you’re being charged after trying to cancel, especially if you felt you were only receiving automated replies. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have.

Your subscription has now been fully cancelled and I can confirm no further orders or charges will be processed. If there are any recent charges you’d like us to review, please let us know and we will look into that straight away.

We are absolutely not a scam. We’re a small Australian business and we care deeply about doing the right thing. Sometimes technical issues or missed messages can happen, but that’s never an excuse and we take full responsibility for making sure it’s resolved properly.

Great customer service

I ordered 3 sets of products and initially only received 1 set. It was around the holidays so understandably a busy time where things could get overlooked. I contacted Manly through email and was immediately helped and sent the missing products with communication throughout each step. I appreciate the wonderful customer service.

I purchased Manly Body Wash for my sons & they love using it & even took it away with us to QLD & recently purchased the cooling wipes which they also love using. Their acne has improved so much that they now are confident in taking their tops of when out at the beach with friends. The service & helpfulness from staff has been amazing shout out to Anabel she has been amazing when I have had to adjust my order

100% works as advertised

My son couldn't get rid of his greasy hair, but with the first use of Manly his hair was so clean. It was 100% worth the order.

This should be called “donotusemanly”. Bought product in Dec 25, never subscribed yet now I have a $95 order being shipped to me & charged. When you contact them they direct you to a portal where there are no options to cancel. Be VERY aware of this con.

Long deliver time before tracking given

Long deliver time before tracking. So was left quite anxious. However the smell my son and his room smell is so much better (to the degree of ‘no boy smell’). Finding that the body wash he been using for a couple of months now his shoulder/high back area spots have decreased. Only occur due to excessive sweating at night.
