Best price for what I wanted anywhere online.
Ordering process very easy and was kept informed at every process from paying for my item which I like.
My only problem is that when I received my boots the box was ripped to shreds as if it had been badly stored at the warehouse without any respect for the product (not good).
I have taken a photo of this and I have also reported this to Evri as it may be their fault as well, luckily the boots aren't damaged.

I had a vile experience with this company. I explained the item I'd bought was 3 sizes smaller than the size guide provided but they still wanted me to pay £5 to return or exchange.
What was really disrespectful was the way they kept repeating that they had not sent the wrong size. I didn't suggest that, I simply said My bust band is a 30 so why can't I close the 34 (by their own size guide). I just didn't feel like getting penalised and gas lit. Amateurish organisation. Cheap!!

Placed an order and selected the correct size… order confirmation came through with a completely different size and there was absolutely no way I could contact anyone to amend the order. Spent ages on the website trying to locate a phone number or an email address … those details must be hidden deep into their website.
No option but to return them on their arrival which I am not happy about as the purchase is a gift. Should have just gone to the store without all this hassle.

I originally placed an order and paid through Frasers to be delivered to store which kept showing as item. When I tried to track the order it did not show up. I contacted customer service who said this would have to be looked into.

As I needed the order I had to do another order.

The original order has disappeared off my order history but no one from USC has updated me of this order and it is still showing on my Frasers account.

My delivery didn’t arrive so one was cancelled had to reorder and paid twice when a replacement should have been sent and still dealing with issue

My coat arrived today, it's very light so hope it can stand up to a New York winter. I did visit your Southport store but you didn't have any of these coats in stock, Sophia, the sales assistant showed my what you did have but it was this coat in particular I wanted. Regards Barbara Jones

Absolutely shit ! Stay away I bought a pair of Stone Island cargo trousers and only thing missing was the badge on pocket ! Just a large whole in pocket where should be, offered me a £10 refund. Didn’t trust to return as just lose everything if returned

Ordered twice from them. Chose the more expensive DPD delivery option as prefer to evri. First time it came through evri thought could just be a mistake. Second one came through evri too so finally got onto chat to be told the only delivery option they use is evri but are happy to charge you a more expensive delivery option they don’t actually provide.
